Phishing Scam company

Whilst looking at Facebook I foolishly took up an offer for discounted Ryanair tickets . Several comments said they had received them .I paid 1 euro 95 . I received an e mail from ‘greatoffers.email ‘ confirming my subscription . I noted in my bank details that the money had been taken by outofbusy.com . I waited for my tickets . Nothing arrived then on 22 Ed July 49.80 euros was taken from my account by outofbusy.com . I of course froze my card , complained to the bank and found the support e mail from outofbusy.
After some email exchanges they today refunded half of the money they stole in the first place . I have no idea what this company does or where it originated from . People need to be aware of this scam .
