Songs are great. Dropped a couple of stars due to the cost, very expensive for just a few songs!

Easy to navigate website and easy to organise invoice payment. Scripts etc. once ordered were easy to access. The range of documents is helpful too, allowing us to modify the performances to suit our needs.

Songs are easy to learn with repetitive lyrics and melodies. The children respond really well to them. The themes of the plays are relevant and current.

Ease of use. Good choice of songs.

I had to create an assembly about the Stoneage for Year 3 and Out of the Ark provided me with one already made, including the songs and at a very reasonable price. Also I was able to receive everything online which is great as I live in Spain.

I love the quality and range of resources available from Out of the Ark (and now Sparkyard) and have enjoyed using the songs as a Music Coordinator, class teacher and as a parent over many years. It is great to know that there will always be a song for me to use with choir for a performance or with a class learning about shapes in maths, or the Victorians in history... There is always excellent customer service whenever I have had reason to call - the staff are understanding and go above and beyond to help.

I had access on line to the material almost immediately . However I haven't received the hard copy yet despite paying the customs charges on it. i realise this may be a post office issue

I've been using Out Of The Ark songs at our school for years and we really enjoy them, and love the fact they have backtracks which are really professionally done using excellent musicians

I love the fact that I can use the songs over and over for my classes as well. The Christmas shows are easy, and the parents love them so far. I do find each Musical a little expensive, as I normally have to buy two shows to have enough songs for an event. The schools also do not have much money in the current economic climate. So I am paying for everything. However, I love the website! Keep it up! The only thing I miss is a proper choir section with challenging two- and three-part songs for my choir.

I have had dealings with Out of the Ark for several years and have always found them extremely helpful and efficient. This year (2023) I ordered a nativity book with CDS and, as usual, this arrived promptly and well wrapped. The best thing of all is the music which children (and adults!) absolutely love.

When I accidentally selected 2 of the same nativity to purchase you contacted me, on the same day, to let me know of my mistake. You were then able to organise a refund immediately so that I only had the one copy. This made my life so much easier as I didn't have to track down a customer services contact and I was able to email a real person to get things sorted out quickly. Thank you.
