We baught a swimming pool and it was delayed due to the ship being stuck in the Suez canal.

The team were amazing in keeping us updated, this is because we had contractors in to work on the pool and garden.

The lady who looks after the pool deliveries was fantastic, polite and I really did feel like they went above and beyond in keeping me updated on our delivery. She kindly upgraded the delivery to next day delivery and even on her day off she phoned me because the delivery courier was having issues so she wanted to let me know I could pick the item up from the depot due to the planned contractors.

Fantastic service under extreme pressure, all issues were outside of their control but I felt like they were doing all they can.

Shocking customer service. Parts were missing when item was unpacked. The missing parts only cost £2.95 but the company could not provide them as a gesture of goodwill. Tried to blame Buyer for damaged brake caliper that makes quad bike a danger to be ridden and want to charge extortionate fees for repair work. Quad Bike not fit for purpose. Never experienced such bad customer service.

I was buyed a car Ford monster truch for 420£ few months ago after week car was not working. They are sying that I must change It, they will send me a part. Now they not responding to me, I'm on "seen". I will report everywhere. I will not leave everything like that.

Not sure if this is the correct company. I bought a police bike from RideOnToys for my 3 year old grandson for Christmas. VERY disappointed with product and company!! It broke within days of him receiving it and company don’t want to know, claiming it can’t be returned as the packaging had been thrown away. £80 down the drain and one very disappointed 3 year old.

Great product, delivered on time, what else to say

I search abs purchase a replacement chain that says it’s for the quad bike we have purchased from you last year. 110/125CC quad bike.
Yet the chain is way too short.

I’ve checked your website yet can’t see another option. Please advise.

Worst company . I ordered a toy on Thursday which was in stock and i was told on Tuesday after me calling few times that the car is out of stock. So i missed other website deals and prices have gone up and now also chances of Getting before Christmas is less.
This company lied that car was in stock when it wasn’t in stock.
Must be doing same for other stocks I guess.
So if you want a disappointing kid,order from this site. I would stay away from this site.
No ethics. I will go to financial ombudsman to see how this company can get away by lying to customers. Very disappointing.
Its time waste and my money is still hasnt refunded to bank which means i cant buy until i have money in bank.
I am not sure what they get by doing this type of cheap business.

Ps: if anyone wants join to complain to citizen advice or financial ombudsman or anything,let me know. Because it must be hard for some families who have same experience before Christmas. This company need to learn a lesson and not Disappoint any other customer.

Very happy with product and good communication....arrived on time

Fantastic product and very quick delivery

No instructions how to start or fill the Quadbike, paid £80 for assemble yet they couldn’t even be bothered to apply the stickers, when I eventually got time from my busy schedule to apply the stickers myself after paying for the service I found stickers missing which makes the quad not look half as decent as in the pictures.

When I had the car delivered last week I signed for the box as damaged but I’ve still not been contacted

“Terrible” “Cancelled my order” 2 weeks before Christmas.

Terrible do not buy. Selling products online on website they do not have in stock then after 1 week and a lot of chasing confirm that they do not have stock and item must have got lost in post, then they will refund money which may take another 10 days terrible service avoid at all costs still waiting for my money back

Unbelievable customer service, feel abused by these weasels. An attempt of delivery was made 13/11/20 after no initial pre warning of delivery. I did initially ask for the item to be delivered to an alternative address and not the bill payers address but I am told today by rideontoys that an alternative delivery address is not possible though I have not been informed of this before today! On delivery it was found the item would not fit through the door so I spoke to the driver by phone and said I could come and collect the item from my 76 year old fathers but prefer it to be delivered to my work address. The driver said he could take it back to the yard and get it redelivered. This morning 20/11/20 I chased delivery people to inquire where the item was and to my surprise I was told the item had been returned to the supplier though logistics company had told the supplier I wanted the item redelivered. After speaking to logistics company I rang rideontoys / Hawkmoto Ltd three times leaving messages, I then receive a message by email and refund from the supplier. The message telling me:
"Your order #11874400 has arrived back at our warehouse. Kids Electric Kids Range Rover Vogue Black 24v 4WD Ride On - White
The courier Pallet Force have informed us that the Consignment ******* was refused on delivery Friday 13th November. Therefore a refund has been made back to your Paypal minus return costs as per our terms and conditions."
The consignment was not refused, as said as I was advised by the driver it will get redelivered to my preferred address. As for terms and conditions what terms and conditions?
I have spoken to rideontoys / hawkmoto Ltd but unfortunately we got nowhere other than I was told the item was now not available and also that I would not be getting a full refund. I am very upset by all of this and feel very harshly treated. Worse ways I expect a full refund though I would be over the moon if the supplier could supply the item even if I had to collect. It was my Granddaughters Christmas present!
They took £48 off me for the inconvenience. How kind.

Absolutely brilliant company, I recently purchased a Lorry which is just fab,for ny daughters Christmas. we live in the North east of Scotland and recieved it next day,cant praise this company enough 👌

We ordered a swimming pool which arrived in prompt time and perfect condition but the pump delivered a fault - the returns process was straightforward and the staff were courteous, kept me informed at each stage whilst waiting for a replacement - excellent service and would highly recommend. My bike was ordered 7weeks ago and never delivered do not order from here still chasing it up now terrible customer service very poor.

Ride on Bentley ordered and received within the delivery timeline. The product is easy to assemble and looks amazing! I'm really pleased with it and excited for my son to start using it on Christmas day. : )

I will never order off here again I've been ring everyday for some to pick up bike I ordered cos I ordered the wrong one and I want my money!!!!

Good speedy service. Ordered and delivered within 4 days. The ride on bike is good quality and would definitely recommend.
