North Face Mule Slippers

For orders shipping outside of the UK, VAT at 20% will be deducted from the order total. If you are viewing the website from outside of the UK & Isle of Man, all prices visible are (minus) -20% VAT. Customers outside of the UK and Isle of Man are responsible for paying all taxes and duties, these are not included in our delivery charges. The delivery company we use will typically invoice these separately.

Watch out for excessive costs for European Shipping

It should be mentioned that another 140 € extra should be paid for customs for shipping goods to Europe. Makes it very very very very expensive.

This Is The Kind Of Happiness Management I Like

Just a quick review in praise of the communication and service I received from Outsiders. I've been looking for a Nanga hat for months now. Everywhere is either out of stock or low customer ratings. I did another search and Outsiders popped up. They had the hat in stock. I'd never heard of them so I came here to see what their reviews were like. Mostly good but a few poor ones so I contacted them to ask if they had the item I was after in stock. I received a reply within about 12 hours.

I made the order over the weekend and It arrived two days later. Very happy with my interaction. Only downside was, being Black Friday season, when I replied to their email, cheekily to find out if they had any Black Friday codes. The answer was a polite no. Come on guys This is black friday season. Even a 5% off would've been great. Still very happy.

Great Outdoor Wear Selection

Ordered a Montbell Superior Down (really hard to find stock in the UK) Delivery was fast and item was well packaged. Selection of products is some of the best for outdoor wear. Would use again.

I had an issue with my order when I received it, but it was resolved fast and I was impressed with the high quality customer service as well as the quick response.

Just be aware that if you order with delivery outside of the UK, the custom duties cost can be high (which doesn't reflect the company, just good to keep in mind from my experience).

Great selection and quality

I ordered a Pa’lante skirt which arrived quickly and well packaged. It’s great to get a functional skirt with pockets (!!). There’s a good selection of women’s wear, I will be ordering again.

Avoid

Didn't provide me with a despatch date or time until I called to ask where my order was , and was then told it was arriving on that day. Had to finish work early to receive it. Driver didn't knock my house (DPD) as I was in waiting and I then received a message saying the item was taken to a neighbours house?
Sent me the wrong size item, which appeared to be worn already as the label inside had faded as though it had been washed.
No apology offered throughout the process at any point and a carefree attitude offered by staff member.

Was told they would refund me immediately when I provide them with proof of return via post office. I did so and was told they had cancelled the payments and I would receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes, which I never received. My Klarna account also showed that this has not been cancelled, also confirmed by a Klarna agent.

Good customer service

I received the order in good time. I had to return an item via Rotal Mail, which was a confusing process. Long story short, the customer services at Outsiders were really helpful and easy to communicate with and I was refunded in a timely way. I would shop with them again.

Missing order

I was informed that an order had arrived but there is no sign of it at all. I’ve emailed Outsiders twice over the last 4 days but neither has been acknowledged. Bit stumped and obviously currently out of pocket.
UPDATE: once I got in touch with Outsiders, I was able to track down the parcel. A DPD delivery error had left it some way away from us. All resolved. Changing up to 4.
