Absolute scam - I ordered table tennis table and order cancelled due to no phone number for delivery. Received email saying id be refunded but this was never received, so I made a chargeback request with my credit card provider which was successful. However, I have now received notification that this is being challenged by this seller. Unbelievable - how do they sleep at night!

Omg like so many I was scammed into buying two table tennis tables. I feel such a fool. All my emails ignored. Phone number doesn’t work. Over £130 down the drain. Now my kids don’t have a table for the summer. Report to action fraud and take legal action.

SCAM - as per other reviews. Any good reviews are fake. Scumbags.

Bought a table tennis table. Got told the order was cancelled due to 'inadequate details' but the took the money anyway. Re-ordered with the details but still no-show on product, not responding to any contact.

Thankfully bought with credit card so will get money back, but will be taking legal action.

IGNORE the Trustpilot 5 starts on their site - it's a lie.

Like everyone else, I have been scammed by this company! They tricked me into ordering twice by saying I hadn’t entered my phone number and to order again, which naively I did. Now I’m £140 out of pocket and no refund in sight. I’ve tried to report the website to Google but they’re worryingly still active. DO NOT ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE DOCKS

How the hell these companies get away with selling on a website with a fake no existent phone number , a company number that refers to DATAHALT LTD which is a data processing, hosting and related activities.
Companies house wake up and take this company down and fine the Director. Its illegally trading as something else, taking peoples money and these poor people have to fight to get their money back. All reviews are fake on the outsidethedocks website. Never reply to emails. Cancelled my order saying no phone number provided yet no boxes for this. Never refunded my money. Had to get my credit card company involved.

Scam company. NOW REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD.
Phone number not recognised and company address was 9 longmore street Wednesbury Ws10 9dq.
Obviously fake as now it's address is Flat 10 Sellsby Court, 143 High Road, London, England, N11 1PR.
Do not buy from this website. You will be scammed and lose money.

They are a scam! Showing fake reviews of the Table Tennis board they say they have in stock!! They took my money. Cancelled my order. No refund until now.

Total scam, once you've paid for your item they do not respond to messages and phone number doesn't work.I don't believe they have ever had the items they are selling.Steer well clear

Like other people on Trust pilot, I ordered a table tennis table and then to be told my order was cancelled due to not having a phone number, a refund would be sent and to re-order, which I did with correct address and phone number. I then received another email saying my order was once again cancelled due to no phone number and my number was actually on the email they sent me!
Tried sending a email and contacting them on contact us with no luck, so I think it’s a scam as well. So far paid twice and nothing to show for it!

I ordered a table was told phone number was wrong they cancelled and I re ordered and have now paid twice and do not get any response from them by email and cannot message or phone I have been scammed do not touch them

They took my money. Cancelled my order. Never responded to my emails and didn't refund me.

Appears to be a scam. Ordered a table tennis table, received confirmation email with a broken link, have been contacted since posting a review here but nothing since. Have chased for more than a week - no reply.

I also ordered a table tennis table and had a similar experience they told me i didn’t leave a phone number but did and they cancelled my order but still took the money out of my bank three days later,I checked this company out first and it seemed to have good reviews so what’s going on and when will my money be refunded.

I have just ordered a table tennis table. In the info I had to provide it stated (phone number optional) so I didn't provide. I paid via Clearpay and received a confirmation email. I also received another email asking me if I wanted to add accessories to this order, which I did. I received a cancellation email saying I hadn't provided enough shipping info! Even though they have my address email and name. I’ve ordered another with the “correct” info but I’m starting to think this maybe a scam as I cannot get in touch via email or phone and not received anything further from this company

Just ordered a ping pong table. in the info I had to provide it stated (phone number optional) which I didn’t. Payed the money and got a confirmation email. 10mins later received a cancellation email saying money back in my account in up to 5 days as I did provide enough shipping info! Even though they have my address email and name ? I’ve ordered another with the “correct” info but I’m starting to think this maybe a scam!

Received my order in a timely fashion. Met my expectations.
