Outsource school has helped our real estate business significantly in only a few short months. We went from systems and process that were in our heads to two dozen SOPs, a team of all star VAs, and a confidence that has allowed us to significantly scale and be consistent with our marketing efforts. We have been surprised at the depth of commitment Nathan and Connor personally bring in the Facebook group and their contributions on private calls. I know we are so blessed to have leaped over so many of the initial challenges of building a virtual team since applying everything we’ve learned in Outsource school from Nathan and Connor’s wealth of business experience.

Outsource School has laid out the foundation on how you can start working with virtual assistants as you scale your business. If you're specifically looking to reach out to more clients, the Partnership Playbook module is a good start. It teaches you how to network virtually--full of tips, hacks, and new ideas. All OS playbooks provide guidelines and templates you can easily use (or customize). So, right after you finish a playbook, you're set to apply the system to your business. Lastly, what makes OS even more awesome is that a portion of their profit goes to the non-governmental organization Teach for the Philippines.👏

Outstanding information presented in clean, concise, actionable steps. Goes from beginning concepts all the way through to advanced.

What can I say but wow. If you need information on outsourcing or if you need information on how to manage your house first employees there is no better training than this one and I’m not even joking. We’ve been using outsourced employees for over eight years and even then I still learned a ton about streamlining our processes through this training. I can only imagine if you started out using this training from day one we would be so much more profitable, more educated, and our employees would be happier.

I've been at this a long time (well, since 2008 online) and this is the easiest to implement complete VA Training so far. Comprehensive, accessible and fairly priced. Nathan & his teams are the best. Highly Recommend.

Your course is EXCELLENT. I took your podcast course in May. Hired a VA within a week of taking it. I have been on 3 podcasts since and have 2 more scheduled. I recently bought the entire course and just finished your partnership course. I am looking for a VA to help with partnership opportunities now.
