I put it in and had great difficulty unlocking it. However I seemed to get the knack. However when I wanted to drive to an important meeting neither I nor a friend could unlock it. In desperation I tugged at it and it came out. In response to instructions I sent the lock back in its original packaging (which I might easily have chucked away) and despite promises from the company I have not received my money back. I read on another site that a scewdriver insertion will unlock the lock. I could complain to the appropriate authority but life is too short.

So easy to use. Three keys…great!! Much easier to apply than others thst I have used

The lock works to provide a physical and observable deterrent against theft.
It is much easier to store than the heavy metal wheellocks on the market.
If anyone tried to take the car it is a double issue of getting it off the steering wheel and also unlocking it from the seat bely anchor. My car wont allow you to drive without the seat belt being fastened, making a noise all the time.

Just a minor issue of pushing the key into the lock and turning it while releasing the locking mechanism. Something to get used to.
Other than that happy with the ease of use, the level of visible security provided and ease of storage.

Great product and deterrent (ordered yellow one). Easy to fit and after a couple of uses even easier down to it the lock feeing up a little. The wife even remembers to put it on and finds it easy.
Going to order a 2nd for my car and have been telling every one to get one
