I had my oven cleaned today and I’m glad I did first of all the guy that arrived (Wayne ) was a nice bloke and you could have a conversation with.
Second of all he has done an outstanding job my oven does and I mean does literally look new.
I would highly recommend this company!
The price is very good for the service.
However you do have to pay the final balance before he arrives. Which will put some people off.

Huge thanks to Tony at Oven Support for the fantastic service today. He arrived right on time after giving me a courtesy call half an hour beforehand. He worked wonders on the oven, including the racks and the glass door; the results are amazing, and it honestly looks like it just came out of the showroom. Tony was incredibly pleasant to deal with and very tidy. I couldn’t be happier!

Very impressed
Simon did a fabulous job cleaning my range cooker. He cleaned all the hob, fan, hood, both ovens, everything was cleaned so well. He was a very courteous, polite gentleman. He explained in detail what he was going to be doing and asked if i had any questions. The cooker looked amazing when he was finished, I was extremely happy and impressed. Later on in the evening I was having trouble igniting a couple of the cooker rings and when I messaged Simon, he came round straight away and sorted out the problem for me. Top service from a true professional gentleman! He made sure it was all working correctly before he left. Would certainly recommend Simon to clean your cooker. Top man! 👍😁 Very impressed xx

Booked an appointment but Oven Support cancelled at last minute
Booked an appointment but despite several messages received from Oven Support they cancelled as operator was sick! Waited in all day - not happy. Therefore would not recommend.

Not up to standard.
As the young man didn’t arrive until 4pm we felt he was very rushed. In the past with other companies took twice as long and more thorough. From a distance the ovens looked very clean, however, on looking closer around the edges of oven were still dirty. The tray in top oven looked like drip marks and sticky so not rinsed and dried off thoroughly. Another 1/2 hour might have done the job to finish off. Also the extractor fan looked ok until we took the 2 grilled off and noticed not 100% clean and wasn’t dried off properly as still a bit dripping with fluid. Could have done better.

Based in Northampton. Oven was left by previous house owners. After the "clean" it was still thick with grease and it took me 2 hrs to clean it with Oven Pride. After 4 emails in which I included photos of the oven and the black grease and bowls of black water
and numerous calls where I was promised a callback I have heard nothing. Terrible customer service. The date I've added is approximate
