Amazing!! I ordered the 35 litre bag which is absolutely brilliant. I wanted one with backpack straps as I suffer with back pain from cross body holdalls.
So hard wearing and perfect for work and trips away. Cannot recommend enough! I’ve had so many compliments on it, I’m even going to buy a friend one for their birthday.

Ordered a medium case, but they sent me a small. It is listed as 5.7" x 3.7", so I tried to use it instead of returning it.

The case that arrived was nominally that size if you measured it flat, but I could not fit my passport nor my phone past the mouth of the case. My passport is 5.2" x 3.2", my phone is 5.6" x 2.8" so the case could not close. Basically, 3.7" x 5.7" is not correct for all practical purposes.

I sent them several emails with no response. Their website states that they must provide you a returns number, but if they never reply to you, that can't happen.

Terrible customer service. I will never make the mistake of buying from them again.

Absolutly unreliable, I order a pannier from them (overboardcanada, order #470419), however it wasn't what I've expected it to be, tried to contact them through email and phone, after sending them 7 emails and 2 voice mails about returning, absolute zero reply after almost 1 month. If you want to get ignored by a company regarding your problems, then this is it! Absolutly rediculous.

Excellent product, very reasonable prices and fast delivery!

Beware that Over-board entice customers with free delivery over £50 and discount codes. but if your discount code takes your payment one penny below £50 you will be stung with a delivery charge that is not obvious until the very final payment page.

Very odd behaviour and not easy to detect. If some products are very slightly reduced in price then the discount will not apply nor will that lack of discount be apparent in your basket or checkout. All you see is your total discount with no illustration of which product has or hasn't received the discount. Very complex but very beneficial to Over-Board. Thankfully i spotted this before i hit 'pay'

The dry bags are not waterproof either, they are only capable of temporary submersion so you are as well with any similar drybag on Amazon.

Just wanted to say how professional this company were with dealing with a faulty product. I purchased 2 waterproof phone covers, and unfortunately one was had a manufacturing fault. I emailed Overboard and recieved an email reply within 2 hours, and a brand new product within 48 hrs, without question exceptional service. Thank you. The product itself is also excellent...check them out for all waterproof products!
