Casket arrived broken,damaged and late despite paying an additional 200$ for expedited shipping.Now we’re back at square one last minute.This company has added more heartache and grief on top of the existing grief that comes with losing a loved one.This has been such a traumatic experience.

I ordered Saturday 6/17 knowing that…
I ordered Saturday 6/17 knowing that the order wouldn’t be placed until Monday 6/19. I needed next day delivery which would be Tuesday there was a delay and I didn’t get the casket until Wednesday which was the day of the viewing. I was able to track it along the way which was a relief. They refunded me my overnight shipping fee without me asking that put the icing on the cake. The world is different now especially after COVID give yourself a couple extra days delays are out of the hands of overnight caskets.
