Overnight Diamonds and Michael McGivern are second to none! 23 years ago I made my very first purchase ever over the internet of any kind when I purchased my wife’s engagement ring! We subsequently bought our original wedding bands as well for the big day! 23 years later, we were planning a trip to Italy and I thought I’d surprise my wife with a new diamond band. I had no idea of her ring size although I knew her engagement ring still fit perfectly and I also had no idea what to purchase to best compliment her ring! On a Sunday morning of the week we were leaving on Friday for Italy, I emailed Overnight Diamonds. By early Sunday afternoon, on Mother’s Day no less, Michael McGivern had responded and by Monday morning he had sent me some options and guidance! By Wednesday morning I had my wife’s new band in my hand and was able to surprise her with it after arriving in Italy on Saturday afternoon as we toasted our trip overlooking the Gulf of Naples in Sorrento! None of this would have been possible without Michael’s assistance! Outstanding. That is how I would describe McGivern Diamonds. I purchased earrings that I thought were an “in stock” item. Approximately 3 days later, I received an email from Mike at McGivern informing me that my order was shipping and that they ended up using larger diamonds so the earrings ended up with a greater ct TW than what I ordered without additional charge to me. WOW. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I will gladly use McGivern for future purchases and highly recommend them to my sons, family and friends.

My father recently passed away and I inherited his retirement watch. After going to the chain jewelry stores only to hear that because I didn't buy the watch from them, they could not replace the battery or take out links to make it fit. I recommend McGivern Diamonds highly! We were able to choose a brilliant center stone with the educational tools on the website, magnification views of the diamonds, and Mike’s guidance. We considered having a ring custom made but found a beautiful set in his selection.
