Tags are cute for sure. Free shipping is also nice. However, they put Kyle instead of Lyle on the tag. I tried an on-line chat but got no response and left a voice message and still no response. Poor customer service.

Horrible. I ordered my NFL dog tag 2/1/18 and haven't received it yet. They haven't responded to my phone calls or emails either. I really don't know how they stay in business! I tried to post a review on their website but they didn't accept it.

I received the tag and they left off the address. The engraving was super fine. I could hardly read it. Metal was thin. You get what you pay for. Waste of money.

Nothing over night about this company! I placed my order on January 15, received a tag for someone at the other side of the country on January 25- sent multiple emails and was told the correct tag would be sent January 31. Ordered from another company, received my tag in a few days (it's the right one and much better quality.) My advice is spend a few dollars more and get what you paid for- I'm still waiting almost a month after placing my order. BTW- I sent the tag to the address on it so hopefully someone else got the right tag- on my stamp.
UPDATE-February 22, 2018- STILL NO TAG!!!!

I ordered two tags for both of my pets late in 2017. I still haven’t received them and there’s nobody contacting me back from the company. It’s seems as if they’ve closed shop for good. All of the 5 star reviews on here are fake. Don’t submit an order to these scammers.

Never received my tag, it’s been over 5 weeks now. I have emailed and no reply. Feeling let down and somewhat disappointed not to receive what I paid for.

I ordered 2 tags for my new kitty and they arrived promptly. I really like them, the laser etching looks really nice. The problem was that the last digit of my phone number was not there. I emailed Overnightpettags and didn't hear back from them for several days. I re-sent my email and finally heard back that they would correct the error. That was a week ago; the replacements have still not arrived. Nice product, but D- on both quality control and customer service. Will email again Monday.

tiny print cannot read it even with glasses

The tag is fabulous and the shipping is quick. The only problem was mine in thinking the printing would be larger.

Customer service non existant. The tag was cute but smaller than I had thought. I sent the company multiplemessages about an error I made on the tag, however, they never replied. The error was my fault but a simple reply would have been nice. They had no phone number for contact, only email and the email said they would reply within 24 hours. I never recieved a reply and just bought a tag from a local company.

Proofreading and customer service improvement needed - The last digit of my phone number was missing from the tag I ordered (the info provided to them was correct). Took 3 emails to get a response and over 2 weeks to get the corrected tag.

I have not received my pet tag t has been severa weeks.
