I was told when I called about the artwork I purchased that it would have a rough texture and look like oil paint was on the canvas. I opened it today and it is perfectly smooth and looks like just a copy. I'm really disappointed since I told the person I spoke with that I wouldn't buy it if it didn't look like a real oil painting with the thickness of the paint. He assured me several times that that's what it would look like. Even your authenticity card that came with the painting States oil paint on canvas and it definitely doesn't look that way!

Beautiful art in a stylish frame ! It arrived in less than 3 weeks.

Disappointed in the likeness of the painting to the original. The subjects’ features are clownish in comparison to the original.

Painting had an obvious blemish on it. The return process was fairly straightforward and I'm looking forward to a replacement piece. Shipping was quick and customer service had good response time.

Update 11/27/23
Was sent a picture of the new painting and it too had an error on it. Unfortunately it was the only one they had in stock so the return fee was waived and the money was refunded shortly thereafter. Customer service was friendly and quick, though I was disappointed I wasn't able to get the artwork.

I would purchase from them again, though I would ask ahead of time for a picture of the painting to be sent.

I have bought a lot of art reproductions from OverstockArt and have had a uniformly good experience. They have been responsive when I had questions and shipping has been quick with FedEx.

It was much darker than the picture - one side almost solid black. I loved the picture as shown on line, but I can’t use this one.

The painting was delivered earlier than expected which was great! It's even nicer in person than on the website. It came ready to hang with sturdy wire.

The Customer Service Manager is outstanding as well as the art quality and prices in my recent acquisitions. However, there is an Artist of whom I've come to recognize their respective paintings and invariably return due to a lesser quality. For example, a person's head is out of scale with the body, missing details, or landscape flat where original is inclined.

Good quality art at a good price. Delivery is quick.

I loved that I could view the paintings with the frames against my wall. The paintings looked great and came packed securely with no scratches or damage. I purchased Van Gogh reproductions and everyone loves them.

Prompt customer service. The painting reproductions are good. I enjoy the art work on my walls every day, frames are great. The items are delivered on time.
I love the website where I can try different frames and colors of the room- gives an idea how it looks ones own wall.

I love love the pictures I’ve purchased! They are professionally framed in very nice frames and exactly as pictured.

Of the paintings I purchased from OverstockArt to date, this one is my favorite. The colors are so rich and varied. Framing and quality are great, as usual. I really appreciate the fact that staff were responsive to my request to hold the shipment until I returned from a trip.

I have ordered a couple canvas paintings and they are great quality. I love the idea of choosing my own picture frame too. I also have enjoyed any sale or coupon codes. Nice selection of art and frames.

The painting and frame is pretty but imo the painting was over stroked. To much paint on a smaller frame . Thanks
