Over the Moon Escapes Reviews

We have booked our last two holidays with Cat and have never been disappointed. The personal touches they give to the holiday booking experience is second to none. From booking, checking in, sorting special assistance, seating and ensuring all your documents arrive with you nothing is too much trouble. The little touches like checking in with you while you’re on holiday or knowing you can contact them with any problems make you thankful for trusting them with your booking. They totally make you feel special and not just another booking number.

I would highly recommend over the moon escape, whether it be a city break or long haul they will sort out everything for you. so easy to chat to very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and the personal touches are lovely. We have booked a few times now and everything went so smoothly we didn't have to worry about a thing.

I cannot recommend Over the Moon Escapes highly enough. I’ve booked my last two holidays to the Maldives through them, and my daughter has also trusted them with her recent trip to the Dominican Republic and her upcoming getaway to New York.
Cat and Brett are the absolute dream team. They couldn’t be more helpful, insightful, knowledgeable, and genuinely personal in everything they do. They take all the stress out of planning and always manage to be extremely competitive on price, giving you luxury service without the luxury mark-up.
What truly sets them apart, though, is how much they care when unexpected situations arise. When I was travelling to the Maldives via Dubai during the height of the US and Iran conflict, Cat and Brett helped me navigate the entire situation seamlessly. Having that level of expert support and reassurance when plans get complicated is priceless.
If you want a travel agency that goes above and beyond every single time, look no further than Cat and Brett. We won't book our holidays anywhere else!

I have booked a few holidays with Cat & Brett. From start to finish the whole experience has been first class. understanding what I would like and helping me pick the right holiday for me. Also when a problem arises, they are on it straight away resolving issues and you are supported and made to feel nothing a problem. I would 100% recommend over the moon escapes as your first and onky stop for a booking a holiday!.

We used OTME for a once in a lifetime trip to South Africa and Mauritius. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team and any problems we faced were quickly resolved. Since my holiday I have recommended friends to contact her and they have been equally as happy with the service. It’s extremely rare to find a business that really puts you at the heart. The team always suggest things that can make your travels better including alternative destinations or itineraries and it was greatly appreciated. I have no plans to book a holiday without them again.

Over the Moon Escapes really are the best, from first point of contact to coming home. Have been booking with them for a while and they really care about their clients. Just back from our latest holiday and will be booking again.

I can’t recommend Cat and team enough. Such a personal service that sorted our every need 5⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service from start to finish!

We first booked our American road trip with Over The Moon Escapes for my husband’s 50th birthday, which included flights, car hire and six different hotels.

On the day we were due to travel, Heathrow unexpectedly closed and suddenly our carefully planned trip was completely up in the air. Over The Moon Escapes were absolutely incredible. They rearranged everything for us, including our flights, car hire and hotels, and managed to get our trip back on track without it costing us anything extra.

What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled so professionally. The communication was brilliant throughout, and we really felt like we were being looked after rather than left to sort everything ourselves.

We were so impressed that we’ve since booked with them again for our upcoming trip to New York and Florida. Once again, they’ve planned everything for us, found us an excellent price and made the whole booking process completely stress free.

It’s the personal touches that make them stand out too. After booking, we’ve received lovely little thank-you gifts such as plane-shaped wax melts, a plane bottle opener and keyrings, such a thoughtful touch and makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.

I honestly can’t recommend Over The Moon Escapes enough. Fantastic service, great prices and, most importantly, a company you know will be there if something doesn’t go to plan. We’ll absolutely continue using them for our future adventures! ✈️🤍

Cat and Brett have booked a few holidays for our family. They are highly knowledgeable in everything they do, go to all measures to make sure your travels go to plan and as smoothly as possible so you get a stress free experience what ever you book. I’d highly recommend booking with Over the Moon escapes, definitely 5 star travel consultants.

Just back from another amazing holiday in Santorini! Wouldn't book with anyone else now we've had the personal treatment with Over the Moon, this year they knew we wanted a balcony at our favourite hotel but when they checked us in we didn't have one so they E mailed the hotel and asked them if they could do anything as we are special repeat customers, when we arrived at midnight the hotel showed us to the best room we have ever stayed in!!! Absolutely beautiful and huge like a suite! Personal touches and attention to detail is what they do best and we couldn't recommend them enough!! If you like to feel protected and looked after when you book holidays look no further!!! 5 star service 🩵🤍🩵🤍

From start to finish everything was planned for us perfectly and everything we wanted from a holiday considered. Even when there was potential complications with our flights we were put at ease and offered every alternative. Amazing communication and such a friendly team.

The team provide a personal service by finding out what you like and what you don’t. They then offer recommendations but are happy to change if required. I love they post all documents to you and the personal touches I have booked with them several times and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend

From booking & then adding on another person, making sure we arrived safely, and returning safely, to the thanks for booking gift & return home gift everything was first class, Kat, Brett, Harvey & Max 🐾are so lovely and you know your holiday booking is in very safe hands. We would highly recommend and I'm just trying to convince everyone to go back again next year

What really sets them apart is Cat. She gets my sense of humour, my impulsiveness, and even my regrets (there are a few), and somehow still manages to calm me down before I book something ridiculous. Patience like that should come with a medal — or at least a lifetime supply of wax melts of her own. With Cat and Brett, I never have to pretend to be someone I'm not, which means more to me than they probably realise.

They go above and beyond every time, and I genuinely can't recommend them enough. If you want a travel agent who'll listen to your chaos and still send you off smelling like a scented candle aisle, book with these two.

We would highly recommend booking with Over the Moon Escapes! From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. They made the entire booking process so easy and completely stress-free.

The advice, knowledge and support provided before booking gave us complete reassurance that we were making the right choice. They went above and beyond by printing and posting all of our travel documents, completing our API and helping with the relevant immigration forms, which meant we felt fully organised and ready to travel.

They were always on hand whenever we had a question and responded incredibly quickly, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the whole process.

The little finishing touches didn’t go unnoticed either. The thoughtful gifts when we booked and again when we arrived home added such a lovely personal touch and made the whole
experience feel extra special.
We honestly wouldn’t book our holidays with anyone else now. Thank you so much for making everything so easy and for taking such great care of us from beginning to end! ❤️✈️🌍

We have booked so many holidays with Over the Moon Escapes over the years, from Disneyland Paris, the Canary Islands and Greece, to a wonderful large family holiday to Cornwall for my grandparents’ 60th wedding anniversary. ❤️

From start to finish, every single booking has received nothing short of exceptional service. Cat is so knowledgeable about all the different destinations, and she is always honest, helpful and genuinely takes the time to give the best advice. You can really see just how passionate both Cat and Brett are about what they do.

They care so much about their customers and making sure that the holiday is right for them. It never feels like you’re just another booking or another number, and I absolutely love that they take the time to actually talk and communicate with their customers over the telephone. It makes the whole experience feel so much more personal, exciting and special. 🥰

And it doesn’t stop once your holiday is booked! The enthusiasm you get from Cat and Brett when you send a photograph while you’re away really highlights just how much they genuinely care about their customers having the best possible time. 🌴☀️

They have also recently helped me organise my partner’s 40th birthday holiday for next year, coming up with some fantastic recommendations that fit perfectly within my budget. I honestly couldn’t ask for better service or support.

Next stop… honeymoon talks🤣💍❤️

Thank you so much, Over the Moon Escapes, for all your hard work, care and dedication in making sure that we, as your customers, have the very best holidays.

I’ve booked a few holidays now with Cat & Brett, and the personal service is always fantastic. They take the time to really get to know what we want and make sure everything is organised exactly how we like it. They’re always on hand to answer any questions and take all the stress out of booking a holiday. It’s so reassuring having someone you trust and who genuinely cares about making sure everything is right. I wouldn’t book my holidays any other way now!
I can’t recommend them highly enough!
Thank you Anushka

I have booked several holidays with Over the Moon Escapes and I will absolutely be booking again in the future! The service is 10/10, very responsive both during the booking process and whilst on holiday, would highly recommend Cat and the team!

Over the moon escapes couldn’t do enough for us for our honeymoon! They were super quick with replies and helped even when we had a problem with our driving licence for driving abroad. Couldn’t recommend them enough! ❤️

Cat, Brett and Harvey are a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is ever too much and their travel knowledge and advice are out of this world. They booked us a fantastic holiday to Jamaica this year, and communication was fantastic from start to finish, they even check you've arrived ok and everything is fine.

Cat recently put together an itinerary for us for a multi destination next year to Singapore and Thailand. The itinerary was extremely detailed and professionally done, needless to say we loved 😍 it and we're all booked to go in 2027.

We highly recommend Over the Moon Escapes to anyone wanting that perfect holiday from experts and with that personal touch.
