This company is just lie and lies, they sell you their products without any authorization from you, and when you ask for refund they say they CANNOT truck the item, SCAM,SCAM

Customer service sucks. There is no customer service number to call and I feel the email response is AI generated. I have emailed several times to fix a problem and get the same email and answer.
The product has no flavor and it not pink at all.

Customer service is absolute worst. This company is a scam. Buyer beware. I never received my product yet they charged my card the very next day. Beware when you only have an email as your only method as contact. October 27 and still no product, but at this point and after reading reviews, I don't want it. Others state it tastes like water and doesn't work. Beware of quick fixes.

If I could give zero star review I would. Drink not only tasted terrible, it made me nauseated and my blood pressure skyrocket so I initiated a refund request in accordance with their policy and got nothing but the run around, lies and an offer of $13 refund for the $59 worth of product I purchased. They also have predatory practice of prechecking the automatic refill shipments so you don't even know until you have paid that you are on auto shipment! I have filed a charge back with my bank and a complaint with the fraud department. Buyer beware!

I don't like the taste, because there isn't one. Same issue as everyone else. Partial refund, automatic renewal without knowing... I am sure it is somewhere hard to find in the ordering details. I did find where to cancel at the very bottom of the page. $68 order, $28 and some change refund.. and go ahead and keep the 5 unopened containers you already have. Thank you, but no thank you. How does that follow their 90 day policy. They can't even follow that, no accountability what so ever.. I tried to like it, can't, and tired of companies like this.

Do not buy! First I would like to say it had no effect for me. Which I was fine with i tried it and that was that. But then put of no where I get notified I got charged for another one. I had to then go figure out how to get into an account I didnt know I had. Found out that they auto enroll you into a subscription. Trying to cancel that was difficult. Even contacting them, the refused to cancel it and said I have to donit myself but wouldn't give clear explanation how. Finally I hope I got it cancelled. It finally shows its not active. They say they are a 90 day money back guarantee. They are not. Even though I contacted them before the item Even shipped, they still shipped it, refused to to give me my money back, only gave me a small portion back, and when I asked to speak to someone above them, they stopped responding to me. I am normally not a Karen about things. But when it comes to shady things like this, she comes out. All I wanted was for them to take the item back and to refund me.. and they refused.. thier money back guarantee means nothing.. and putting me in a subscription that I had no idea about was not ok nor helping to cancel it was not ok.. I am completely grossed out by this company.

The product does not taste as they explained it actually does not have much of a taste at all. Did not make me loss and weight or stop any cravings. The company automatically signed me up for a subscription which I did not want and when I tried to cancel it customer service stalled so much the order was actually sent and they still will not give a refund for the fraudulent subscription. They do not stand by the money back guarantee either. When I asked them they ignored the request. Would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I ordered their stuff based on their website saying I could return it if I didn't like it or it didn't work. I had both those issues & they refused to give me a full refund. They said I could keep it, I said I don't want it. I want a refund. They were rude & not at all helpful. They gave me $10.80 back out of $30.00 I am not happy. Buyer beware

Have spent several days trying to cancel any further orders. I keep getting information to reorder an can not get to where I can cancel my account. Very frustrating

This product is absolute GARBAGE!! Don’t get wrapped up in it. The 1st container came and will not dissolve in water. Stays clumpy. I have tried several ways. Tried a little frother and still didn’t dissolve, I have tried warmer water still nothing. If you leave it sit for over an hr it finally dissolves. Then trying to cancel took 8 emails and they still shipped the products. Now trying to get a refund is next to impossible. Next step is fighting it with the bank. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!
