Honest review.. I waited 40 days for these to arrive.. however I have now been on them for 10 days and have to say they are actually working?! My worry now is that i have 20 days supply left.. should i be ordering my next batch now or is the backlog of orders cleared? Thanks

Sadly I cannot recommend this company

Sadly I cannot recommend this company. I'm afraid I can't comment on the effectiveness of the product as given the issues I've had with the company since ordering, I have lost all trust and faith in them. Incorrect information, lies, delays etc. I am simply not willing to trust a company like this. I now have an expensive item which was finally delivered which can't be returned and will never be even opened from the packaging it arrived in.

NOT A SCAM!!

I received my order today and I ordered about a week ago so no problems there. I do wish people would post reviews of the ACTUAL PRODUCTS instead of just complaining about delivery problems? It's very clear for anyone with half a brain that they had a huge amount of orders because the product works for a lot of people. These reviews aren't very helpful for anyone thinking of buying them because they don't give a review of using the actual product. Anyway I'm going to start using these after the weekend and I'll post an update after 🙂

These make you sick stay clear

Been taking these nearly 2 weeks at first all seemed ok, this week however, sickness, stomach cramps, headaches,muscle aches, wind. I feel awful 😞 I had just purchased my 2nd lot as I knew the back log was high for the products but got up this morning so sick I decided I would email to cancel, I'm told they have left the warehouse, I don't believe that seeing how long people are waiting. I have asked how I send back my un used in opened products when they come to me to be told I can't as they are a consumables. Rubbish they will still be in the original postage packaging.
I am going to report this company to trading standards, I have since joined a forum where it seems multiple people have suffered with the same side effects. This tells me they are unsafe

I can see from your message that you've already been in touch with our team about canceling your second order. I know they explained that since it's already left our warehouse, the best solution they could offer was for you to refuse the delivery when it arrives. This way, you'll get your refund once it comes back to us.

I completely understand your frustration about not being able to return the products you've been using. While we can't accept those back (as with most vitamin companies), we truly appreciate you letting us know about your experience. Your feedback helps us understand that not every supplement works for every person, and that's okay.

Please do follow the advice you were given - when your new package arrives, just don't accept it from the delivery person. That's all you need to do, and we'll handle the rest including your refund.

I genuinely hope you start feeling better soon. It's clear our products aren't the right match for your body, and your health is what matters most here 💛

I will definitely be coming back for more!!

Although, like others, there was a bit of delay with the delivery (ordered 17th may, received 30th May so not too bad!), I am actually very pleased with the results so far. I ordered both the Bloat Control and the Curb Cravings; BC has helped with clothes feeling less restrictive and removed that heavy feeling in the stomach. The CC is great, to say I don't even really think about food during the day is completely true! I think some people have slightly overacted in saying this company is a scam, they are not, they had an influx of orders because, guess what, their product works and a lot of people have started ordering! I will definitely be coming back for more!!

I was sceptical but these actually work!

I had to wait a while for these and I have to admit I started to think it was a scam. In saying that I did receive emails responses within a few days when chasing, these were all informative and very polite. In fact I think they genuinely had an influx of orders and struggled to meet the demand - it was that simple.

I have tried a few things for the menopausal bloat that I am suffering from but none of them have worked, however, I am pleased to say that after a week of taking Ovira tablets my stomach isnt as bloated and I do not feel hungry 24/7. Its almost like my brain knows when to stop eating again :) I feel so much better in myself.

Great company, bit of a hiccup for them but they didn't let me down in the end

Like many others, I had to wait a long time for this product but they replied to every email. I started to doubt them but they kept reassuring me and today my item arrived. I would definitely use this company again once they catch up with the backlog. It's a bit early to say if they work but day 1 and I am not wanting to snack and I normally snack all day. Excited to see what happens.

Sent me a used, dirty product

I have an Ovira period pain/tens unit device. Having lost the charging cable, I contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement. They sent me a clearly used, dirty Ovira unit. When I contacted them again, one customer service agent tried to convince me that while the tens unit was obviously used, the charging cable wasn't and I should use it. I complained about this and a second agent also tried to persuade me to use it! I see on Amazon reviews and here that I am NOT the only customer receiving clearly used, returned, damaged or dirty products, so either Ovira thinks this is an acceptable standard or they have a horrific inventory management system. Further, the quality of the sticky pads is not great and the sticky gel peels off very quickly. I previously had a different brand device and did not have this issue. I would not recommend this company--except maybe to a regulatory authority to investigate their adherence to trading standards.

I ordered mine in April and just…

I ordered mine in April and just received them 4 days ago but to be fair I did get return emails when I asked for updates.
4 days in and to be honest had a very quick effect on my appetite,just not hungry and not stuffing my face when I finish a 12 hour shift,actually feel really good so hope this continues! Drinking lots of water etc
Only gave 4 stars as delivery was a lot longer than advertised but so far it was worth it

The 1 stars have it…

I usually take reviews with a pinch of salt as people love to complain more than they love to rave, but unfortunately I should have listened to the negatives this time.

Orders are advertised to dispatch in 1-3 working days and then be delivered within 2-4 working days. I waited the full 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to reach out incase it was just my emails and got a response 2 days later to say my order was being dispatched soon and still on schedule… no reason was given for the delay in dispatching. I have flagged the inconsistency with what was advertised but not had a response.

If they cannot fulfill orders within the advertised timeframe they should adjust the website to offer more transparency on this so that customers can make an informed decision on whether they wish to order.

Can’t say for sure that it’s a scam but it’s not looking promising currently.

I ordered these in April and they have…

I ordered these in April and they have only just arrived. I contacted them as it had been ages, they responded and offered me a refund. I declined and decided to wait. I got an email saying they were on their way literally 2 days before they arrived.
At the moment I can’t talk about how effective they are as it’s only day 2. However, I will return in a couple of weeks and give you an honest review of my experience.
Delivery did take a ridiculously long time and this seems to be the majority of the negative reviews. I will let you know!
