I recently started taking Ovira Skin Clear, and while my journey has had its ups and downs, I’m ultimately thrilled. Initially, after taking it for a week, I experienced another breakout, which left me feeling disheartened cause in my head I was like ooooh nooooo I think I bought crap product. However, I decided to keep my faith in the product. I emailed customer service to see if they could enlighten me. They reassured me that it typically takes about three weeks to see the full effects. I’m so glad I listened to their advice. Around the third week, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin. The breakouts began to diminish, and my overall complexion started to clear up. Highly Recommended!

Hello Everyone! I hope you find this review helpful. I received my package 2 weeks ago and have been on this for a week now. For context, I experience bloating almost all the time. It bothered me so much I had my full abdomen checked to see if there was something wrong and found nothing unusual. My doctor said I probably was just eating something that I'm not compatible with, kinda like a food allergy? I dunno. I consider myself a food connoisseur... lol kidding, I just love to eat. I don't know what exactly I was eating that was bad for me, but recently I have observed how badly my stomach bloats after I eat pasta, bread and/or drink soda. Call me stubborn but I love what I love. But yes, I should stop eating those. buuuuuuuut while my willpower to abstain from them is still in the works, I decided to try these bloat control vitamins from Ovira and I must say, this is really helping me a lot. I felt a bit more bloated than usual on my first 3 days then it started working well after I let out (sorry TMI) the biggest poop of my life. I think I read somewhere that when we take new things sometimes our bodies take time to get adjusted to it? So yeah, it did give me a bit of a panic on those 3 days though but glad it worked eventually hahaha. Hope everyone trying this feels as great as I do.

I'm overweight and was looking for something simple to help me out. Trust me, I know there's no magic bullet for weight loss I've been busting my ass at the gym every other day (gotta rest too ya know) but those hunger pangs after workouts are absolutely brutal. Nobody really talks about what happens to your body after having a baby. I expected the sleepless nights and the hormone shifts, but what completely caught me off guard was how weird my digestion got. I felt so bloated all the time, the worst is not just after eating, but literally all day. Even when I ate clean or stuck to healthy foods, nothing seemed to help. Some days I stare at the mirror constantly checking on my body and feel like I am still pregnant. It was uncomfortable, frustrating, and honestly kind of discouraging. I gave Bloat Control a go. Saw this while scrolling late one night and figured I had nothing to lose. I didn’t expect much, but I was genuinely surprised. When my body finally stopped feeling so tense and uncomfortable all the time, my mind began to settle, too. I could focus more on my baby without feeling distracted by discomfort. Found this while doing late-night googling. So far so good. I didn't feel dry-mouthed with this, but I still drank lots of water. I feel satisfied even if I only ate less than my usual portion size. Will keep monitoring.

Menopause hit me hard
Menopause hit me hard, and honestly, I wasn’t ready for it. (Who is?) the weight gain, cravings, bloating. I felt like I had no control over my body anymore. I was eating healthy, staying active, doing everything I thought I was supposed to, but nothing was working. It was frustrating and kind of scary. Evenings were the worst. After I got my heart broken
After I got my heart broken, I kind of gave up on myself. The weight didn't show up overnight, of course - it crept in slowly. I just didn't care and partly thought it doesn't matter anyway since I'll be alone forever haha (thinking about this now, I was so dramatic). Eventually I felt better and got myself a new love. But I felt trapped inside my own body and exercising was like hell for my knees and joints. I became too heavy for my frame, so I had to find a way to lose the initial weight first and work on the rest. Curb Crave helped me hit reset. Bloat Control helped too with that awful hard tummy I get after eating. Still working on the final excess weight but I am almost back!

Food has always been my go-to reward. Tough day at work? That's definitely cake time. But with all those health tips and warnings about unhealthy lifestyles I see every time I scroll, I got a bit worried that my lifestyle hasn't been great. So I decided to buy this. I honestly didn't expect much. I would have been content even if it just helped me not feel sleepy after a big meal. But it really surprised me cause I also lost weight from this, about 10lbs.

Ovira skin clear for rosacea
I bought the Ovira skin clear for my rosacea. After taking it for four months, I didn't really see any drastic results. They claim that it only takes about 3 months for the pills to clear up the skin. I used zinc oxide topical ointment 20% strength on my face along with the oral supplements. I'm now seeing zero results from this a few months later but I read that sun exposure and too much refined sugar can inflame it and make it worse. I can't really say that I recommend wasting money on these pills and would suggest reducing sun and sugar intake.

Even though there was a delay in the process, I get that these things take time, and I really appreciated them keeping me updated the whole way. They arranged a replacement for me without me having to keep bugging them, explained everything clearly, and even checked in later to make sure my new order arrived okay and that I was so happy.
