I've been with OVO for almost a year now. My bill is never a shock surprise, and I actually enjoy calling customer service. They answer quickly and are so kind on the phone. I really like this energy provider!

Reeve was a great help! The service from OVO is always fantastic.

Continuously withdrawing funds from your account every month (in my case, it amounted to $187 per month, resulting in a credit of $483 in 7 months, while I'm facing challenges in paying my mortgage), they surpass the agreed-upon bill without proper authorization. When questioned, they offer various excuses. It is recommended to avoid them if you want to prevent financial losses.
PS: check their rates, its highier too.

Awesome experience with running through my bill!

I spoke with Trent, who was very courteous and helpful. I have only been with OVO for 6 months, and didn’t understand why even though my account is always showing in Credit, but $130 is still being deducted monthly as direct debit. He explained that I am using less per month than estimated, and why that was. He kindly reduced my estimated rate and said it could be reviewed again in 3 months to see if that amount is closer to what I actually use. I found that very helpful and am happy with the outcome. Thank you.

Trent was incredibly supportive and humorous. He diligently confirmed and double-checked everything, which significantly aided my move-out process, making it quick and easy.

Quick , coherent responses and understanding of our needs

Trent helped me with self read process, and also suggest for me to bill pause (which is awesome), as I have lots of credit in my account. I wish others also suggested me this, when I called in previously around 4 months ago.
He also explained why I can't adjust estimated reading, however he suggested the next time the estimated reading is super high again, then he can escalate it. Trent is super helpful!!!!!

It was good that we actually received a human response and that our questions were answered. It is often hard to even find an email address these days so this was a positive experience for us plus having a helpful answer. Thank you, Trent.
