Terrible customer service
I purchased an interior part and they send me a different one. I attempted to return it to reorder the correct one I needed, but they did not respond to my emails. The customer service is terrible. I will never shop at this store again.

Ovoko.es: Excellent, I requested a couple of car parts in different scrappings in Europe and both of them arrived on time to Spain and were useful to repair my car that was almost sentenced for garbage.
