Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We believe there may have been a mix-up, as our company is a cloud hosting provider and does not sell linen sheets or any physical products. Because of this, it seems the feedback may be intended for a different business entirely.

You may be referring to another company, potentially Shopovria.com, which appears to offer the type of products mentioned in your review. We want to make sure your concerns are heard by the right team, so we recommend reaching out to them directly.

In the meantime, we have reported this review to TrustPilot for further evaluation and removal from our page, as we previously reached out to you regarding relocating the review to the correct website, but the request was declined.
