BEWARE!
I bought a beautiful Nativity Scene on a Sunday as an important Christmas gift. I reached out to the owner and she told me that she couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas, but she for sure could ship between Monday and Tuesday.
So I pulled the trigger.
Monday...no shipping.
Tuesday...no shipping.
Wednesday I reached out and she said "I'm working on it."
Thursday and Friday...no shipping.
Saturday I reached out and received an aggressive response telling me it would ship Monday.
This led to a heated dialogue where this person was accusatory and extremely defensive.
I lost a week waiting. I have found an even better replacement but it won't be here on time.
This person talks a great game. But beware. It is fools gold to count on her.

Grazie per il feedback, fa capire esattamente che operiamo nella totale trasparenza, e per suo rischio (era ben consapevole dei tempi di consegna) ha voluto comunque procedere all’acquisto. Se questo feedback negativo la fa stare bene…lo accettiamo e non chiediamo la rimozione, cosicché tutti i nostri clienti possano leggere e capire con che azienda hanno o avranno a che fare per i loro prossimi acquisti.
Per chi vuole leggere, facciamo un breve riassunto.
Il cliente ci aveva contattato per poter acquistare un set Natività in legno moderno della Val Gardena, chiedendoci se potesse riceverlo entro Natale (mancavano due settimane a Natale ed il cliente era negli USA). Essendo un prodotto artigianale avevamo detto chiaramente al cliente che non garantivamo la consegna prima di Natale, considerando che c’era l’eventualità del fermo in dogana per i controlli, inoltre avevamo specificato che saremmo riusciti a spedire solo tra il lunedì e martedì. Il cliente, alla luce delle informazioni ricevute acquistò ugualmente, ben consapevole del rischio di non riceverlo in tempo.
Dopo parecchie mail per sapere a che punto fosse lo stato della lavorazione del presepe, lo informavamo che era pronto per la spedizione, ma a quel punto ci rispose in modo mortificante dicendo che non eravamo stati chiari e onesti e che il presepe non sarebbe arrivato mai in tempo. Quindi, alla luce di questa mail procedevamo al rimborso totale dandone pronta comunicazione.
Con questo, vogliamo far capire ai clienti presenti e futuri che, la nostra azienda opera sempre con massima trasparenza e cura verso l'acquirente come dimostrano peraltro i feedback ricevuti in questi anni.

Alessis is customer centric and goes out of her way to support her customers. One of the items I purchased recently was broken during delivery, she did her best to help me with my refund. She is fantastic.

Statue of the Virgin Mary
Statue of the Virgin Mary. This is one of several statues I have bought from this company. The statue if beautiful. The craftmanship is excellent, very detailed. The light blue of the coat of the Virgin and the gold surrounded it gives it a very royal appearance. The statue is harmonious, inspiring and elegant. The delivery was extremely fast. Thank you.
