I love the Oway products I’ve used so far however the shipping is absolutely appalling. I ordered the items on the 28th January and I’ve finally had a confirmed delivery date from UPS which is next Wednesday! This will be 2 weeks from the date I ordered it. Very disappointed. It clearly took Oway ages to process my order because the shipping was stuck on “awaiting parcel from sender” for days. Not acceptable.
I truly love this product.. I’m a 67 year old woman and I get constant compliments on how beautiful my hair is… The order came very quickly.. My only disappointment is that you are out of stock with several products… I also prefer the conditioner in the bottle much more than the tube…
The Oway products are wonderful - my hair started thinning after age 60 and changing my hair care helped immensely. The products arrive VERY carefully packaged with recyleable materials, on time, and customer service is great if you have a question.
