I ordered a running shirt and the design came out exactly as I designed it in good quality. When I ordered it I was told I had to sign for delivery so I sent an email asking to change the address and they changed this for me straight away.

Shirt quality was great. Customer service was real people that answered the phone, spoke perfect English and German. The design team did a color match on the graphics I supplied, and the online shirt maker was practically addicting, it was so much fun to use. Shipping arrived a few days early as well.

I’ve purchased cheaper products from India and China before, but the shipping takes so long you might not have it in time, and the shirts often have manufacturing defects. Yes Owayo has a price premium, but 100% worth every cent.

They acknowledged the comments I left when making the order about centering the text etc., the delivery was timely and the product arrived flawless. Would recommend!

Absolutely love OWAYO. I have ordered a few jerseys for hockey and it is so easy to design them in their online 3d designer. The jersey fit the way they are supposed to and last for years - no fading colors, or rips. The other part of the interaction that was great (besides the fast shipping) is their design review to make sure you didn’t mess up your own design. The ensure everything comes out the way you wanted it to.
