Too Large, too expensive to mail back fm Canada for return
The item is fits too large for me. I will end up gifting this to a friend since it costs too much to send back to Denmark from Canada. Also, this survey should be bilingual so I can read the english version.
The quality of the item is good.

I ordered an item 10 days ago and paid 11 EUR postage and the item hasn't been dispatched, so essentially nobody has done anything yet. It hasn't even left the office. At payment the company said delivery within 5 working days. For that amount of postage, that's totally unacceptable. I tried using the company's chat tool to ask some questions about the product, but nobody ever got back to me. I've been charged for the purchase, though. I hope I'll still get my product, or at least my money back. This has been extremely disappointing.
