Very mixed feelings
30-days return policy only for online purchases!
They let you know that it stands small letters in a policy document instead of making it clear directly on the website, as well as in the app, which both are misleading.
Another thing is the sock:
* much too many different types of alarms that can be turned off only by turning off the device. The 60 seconds pause option is simply not enough much too often.
* application doesn't allow you to pause notifications (think about more than one carer, of which most want to sleep), nor configure limits or which alarms are important. All is hard-coded!
* when child moves, alarm goes off that pulse cannot be read
Knowing those limitations, one might live with it, or be very frustrated by it.
