I bought a watch as a present for a very important occasion. A few days later my order got cancelled without explanation. No response from the company although I sent around 6-7 messages and emails.

I placed an order for an item that Owlica indicated was in stock. The order was confirmed and initially processed. It then indicated it was awaiting payment. My inquiry for clarification was not answered. However, my later request to cancel the order was honored.

They do not answer messages, nor do they deliver any product.

accepted payment.
when i checked on order it said waiting on payment. Which they received. emailed 4 times and never got a response.
last email i mentioned the terrible reviews.
checked status of order later that day and it said order canceled.
never got any update from a human.

Order cancelled by you for no reason and still have not received the refund. When will I get it?

No no communication whatsoever.
Never received item and finally three weeks later, did get an email. My order was canceled and money refunded.

This is a one man scam operation. He’s selling watches he knows full well he doesn’t carry or have been discontinued yet he makes you go through the whole process of “buying” it just to email you to inform you that the watch has been discontinued and tries to offer you some other ugly junk instead of it. You’d think after all that he’d remove the watch from inventory and stop selling it, but no he keeps it there to lure others because I guess his bait and switch must be working on some.
STAY AWAY. DISHONEST AND SHADY SELLER.

Good customer service. Watch came brand new. Its been almost a year and I'm still happy with the product and service.

I was looking for that specific watch and since it was discontinued I couldn’t find it. They had 1 last one.
I live in the US and the watch was delivered in a little over a week!!
Great care in the package and it came with the original box and all.
I couldn’t be happier. Great price too.

I’ve come back to edit my review. The communication could be better, but my watch did show up without issue. Overall a bit of a mixed bag, but I would recommend if you are ok with very little communication or updates.

After placing the order, there were no updates for over a week. There was no estimated shipping date or arrival date. Eventually, the watch arrived and it was the wrong one. It took took weeks to process the return, and it was only processed after I complained. The customer service representative kept calling me the wrong name (via email so he had my info), and was not forthcoming with information. Very poor experience.

Owlica could start by having better customer service and showing the availability of the purchase items. No one to give you answer's if you have any. Website looks fancy but it feels like a scam. Very disappointed that I have to file a fraud dispute with my CC.
