First and foremost the worst customer service I've experienced. That is to say they seem non existent. Cannot reach anyone by phone for the past two days, No one responds to their online widget nor do they answer any of the three emails that I have sent.

The Meeting Owl Pro has extremely poor video quality and I can't comment on the sound since we cannot use this system for our meetings.

Very nice concept and great if it works or any issues could be solved but all of this means nothing if you don't get support.

Hoping for faster movement from participant to participant.

The OWL is a great system for a smaller room. We sometimes just use the speaker and Microphone in the bigger rooms because it is the good. The updates are coming out fairly often to improve the usability of this camera.

Owl Meeting Pro has been a good platform that provides us with easy setup and good quality audio and video for our collaborative meetings in our smaller meeting rooms. My only dislike is that it is only configurable and manageable via the app and does not keep the settings when it is powered off (panoramic strip on/off or center of view, etc).

We pivoted to remote learning and working in March 2020. We initially purchased two Meeting Owl Pros with plans to use them as the campus returned. As we started to return on-campus, the Meeting Owl became a huge success for those meeting in person and remote. Since then we have purchased an additional seven for a total of nine Meeting Owl Pros.

6 months ago we purchased our Meeting Owl Pro. We have found it to be an integral part of business. It is versatile and so easy to use. It performs with all meeting platforms we have tried.

Honestly I really love our Owl. We've been mostly working from home, so I usually end up in the office alone unless we're doing a conference call. There's something oddly comforting about the cute little 'hoot' the Owl makes when connecting. It's like having a useful pet/coworker there, even when I'm alone in the office. On a more serious note, I love being able to wander over to the whiteboard without worrying about staying in frame or whether or not I'm speaking loudly enough. It's sleek design fits in nicely with our the design of our conference room and ends up being a conversation starter for guests.

Love my MeetingOwl Pro! It's been reliable. Great speaker, microphone and camera. The mobile app is handy for manually controlling it, but isn't strictly required. Super easy to use with any Windows app, including Zoom.

The camera is 1080P which is high resolution; but due to the nature of how the 360 degree fish eye lens works, the quality of individual faces is lower than a regular webcam would be.

Microphone has been good, except it doesn't handle the echo very well that is present in one of my meeting rooms, because of all flat hard surfaces (floor, ceiling, walls). But neither does my Yeti omni microphone either. With carpet it would be no problem I think.

There's an Owl in the conference room, we have been talking for about 20 minutes. Mostly about who's and who.
Seriously though, the Owl has been a excellent addition to our meetings. I love the tracking it has and its ability to capture everyone. The sound quality is great and has helped tremendously during our meetings.

The owl is great and solved a lot of issues we have had with standard Conference cameras! We will be outfitting all of our conference rooms with these devices.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Owl Labs. Very user friendly products.

We have enjoyed using the Owl in a large Training Room. We have been able to rearrange the room tables to deal with Social Distancing and move the Owl to the place most advantageous which is not always at the front of the room. This has helped us be flexible in this time of change. We couldn’t be happier with the Owl

We started using the Owl when we offered our clients the option to attend sales training classes live or virtually. The set up was easy and the experience makes the virtual participants almost feel like they are in the room. The speaker is good quality and picks up the person speaking which triggers the Owl camera to track to them. Great product for a reasonable price.

The Owl is a plug and play device that allows great classroom participation. We are in a hybrid environment and the Owl allows students at home to see and interact with students in the classroom, making for a better overall experience! The Owl also has user controls that allow modifications of what view the class can see. OVerall, I think the addition of the Owl has helped my students with greater academic engagement.

Amazing products, friendly, helpful staff. I've only had an amazing experience with Owl Labs. Like the early iRobot days or other world changing technology companies, its refreshing to contact them and not get transferred across 4 continents, and I haven't had to contact them since. I love my Meeting Owls and you will too.

We love our Owl pro. It helps us with meetings where some of our employees are present and most are online.

I had no need to reach out to Owl Labs Customer service simply because the two Meeting Owl Pro I've installed work just great. All our users a very happy with this solution. Many thanks and big kudos to Owl Labs!

I am a Washington State Court Certified Spanish interpreter. Snohomish County District Courts have been using the owl in their courtrooms for hearings. The sound quality is so-so at best. There is a lag and the first couple of words sound under water and then the rest of the speech sounds normal. This happens with every speaker in the courtroom but not with the other Zoom participants who are not in the courtroom. Because of the lag, if another speaker begins before the audio comes through from the last speaker then you can't hear anything. One of the judges stated that I had a bad internet connection. However, I don't have this issue with other courtrooms and providers that don't use the owl. Also, other Zoom participants have stated to the judges that the sound from the courtroom is choppy. This is very frustrating since I am legally bound to interpret everything that is said to assure due process. I have given feedback to the interpreter coordinator and court clerks. I don't know if the courts bought the wrong size Owl or what is causing the issue. Please advise. Thank you.
