Total nonsense

Nerozumim moc tomu, jak tato spolecnost muze pusobit na trhu. Je to normalni regulovana lichva.
1) Vezmeme byt v hodnote 10 mil. Kc.
2) Ownest si vezme 3% poplatek. Tudiz 300 000 Kc.
3) Rekneme, ze na 2 roky budete platit najem, ktery si Ownest PONECHA cca 35 000 Kc mesicne. To jsme na 840 000 Kc, ktery Ownestu PONECHATE!
4) Po 2 letech prijdete, ze by jste danou nemovitost odkoupili, tak jak bylo pisemne domluveno pred 2 lety. A Ownest po Vas bude pozadovat cca 10 800 000 Kc.

On and on z 2 roky zaplatite Ownestu cca 2 mil. Kc navic. TVL totalni prasarna a absolutne nevidim zadny benefit v teto firme a sluzbe. Jako sorry, ale co chlapci privadite na trh? REGULOVANOU LICHVU?
