Ordered in December- no items in June!

I made an order in December 2020 and have still not received my order! I've sent numerous emails and a DM but still nothing! My money was taken in December but no communication whatsoever and what's worse is no response. Running out of ideas of how this can actually be resolved now.

Love this store

100% happy with my experiences and service I received. Although I will admit that delivery times could be quicker, the service provided was excellent from customer support to my order arriving.

Writing a review cause they delete Instagram comments

This store is a HARD PASS! They don’t answer their emails at all, I emailed them 3 times about my order, one of them being a formal complaint, no response. I also contacted them on Instagram, no response. All they did was send me an email that my order had shipped two days later. The quality of the clothing is subpar at best. Literally just poor quality clothes that aren’t even worth the price. This has to be one of the harshest reviews I’ve ever left a company but after the service I’ve received, it’s warranted. It took over a month for me to receive my order, so you might as well purchase from Aliexpress or Wish.

I’ve also noticed they delete negative comments. I’ve clicked on posts that say 10+ comments, only to see 1 or 2 comments, all positive. So my comment will likely get deleted as well. I’ve also seen them reply to people who complain about waiting months with no response by saying that it’s “rare” when their orders take so long, and that “it can happen as stated on their website.” Well, clearly it isn’t so rare if so many people are complaining about the same thing :) !

Update: So twenty something minutes after my complaint on one of their Instagram posts, I receive a private message from them (only AFTER I complained publicly, how typical). I love how they can’t respond to direct messages/emails beforehand but don’t waste time messaging you after a public complaint. Anyways, they apologized regarding my “lost emails” and asked for my order number so they can help with my order. I explained I did not need further help, I expressly wanted to complain about their terrible service so that others may see it and avoid this shop. Well, after the lengthy response I gave them, they only continued to offer the standard apology they give everyone whose orders/emails are apparently “lost”, and then offered me a refund, blatantly ignoring my complaints about their terrible service in hopes that would appease me. I don’t care for a refund, it’s not even worth the effort at this point. This whole situation is almost laughable. Oh, and of course, they deleted my comment. This company is a joke, keep scrolling sis.

SCAM

Deutsch: Ich habe nun schon einige Male bei Own Saviour bestellt. Anfangs war alles in Ordnung und ich habe meine Ware immer etwa nach einem Monat erhalten.

Nun habe ich drei BEZAHLTE Bestellungen vom 17.02.2021 die noch nicht einmal versandt wurden(!) Natürlich habe ich mich an den Kundenservice von Own Saviour gewandt (zweimal), doch ich habe bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.

English: I have ordered from Own Saviour a few times now. In the beginning, everything was fine and I have always received my clothes after a month.

Now I have three PAID orders from 02/17/21 which have not even been shipped(!) Of course I have contacted the customer service from Own Saviour (twice) but I have not received an answer in both attempts until today.

So frustrating.

This was the probably the most frustrating brand I’ve ever bought from. I purchased clothes on April 19 to my dorm room since their website said shipping would take max 12 days. As time started getting closer to when I had to move out of my dorm and my clothes still hadn’t arrived, I sent them an email asking to change my shipping address. I sent this email on May 7th knowing I had to move out by May 20. They never responded after I sent multiple emails, so I sent them a dm on Instagram on May 14th, just asking to change my shipping! They responded once, then never responded again and my clothes finally shipped and they shipped to my dorm. My school returns all items to the seller after I move out, so I will not be getting my clothes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! DEF A SCAM!

Everything about my experience was…

Everything about my experience was good. The clothes are nice and the prices are cheap which is always a huge bonus. The customer service is okay and so are the delivery times. They aren’t an Amazon or anything so I’m taking that into account for delivery times and stuff but more than adequate and overall happy

I hope that this review will be helpful to anyone wanting to order from here. I’ll break down my experience step by step below.

Website: Very cute website with some great pieces that are really on trend and they have new items really frequently. The website is easy to use and the checkout process is pretty standard for an online retailer, but I did have a bit of confusion with currency initially.

Processing and delivery time: (I just checked my confirmation email to confirm this) I placed my on the 1st May and it was dispatched with tracking information on the 6th, with me receiving the order on the 18th May. So from placing the order it was around two and a bit weeks, which I think is pretty standard and what I had prepared myself for so no issues there.

Customer service: I had a little interaction with them via Instagram and for what I needed I found them to be very helpful and quick to respond.

Clothes and accessories: This is where they really excelled. For the money I spent I wasn’t expecting anywhere near the quality I received. I was actually genuinely surprised by this and it’s the one thing that would absolutely make me shop here again. I didn’t have any issues but this would have far outweighed any problems encountered.

TL;DR - the whole process was pleasing, the clothes were nice and I would shop again.

Pretend like you care about customer service

I’m starting with a bad review because they claim to get back to you within 48hours but I dmed and emailed them and haven’t gotten any response. My order #67999 hasn’t had any update at all and i just wanted to know if i’ll ever even receive my items or if not can i jus get a refund even if they haven’t dispatched yet if i could just cancel the order entirely. Wish i would’ve seen more reviews sooner but i heard good things about them so i figured i’d give it a go and now i spent all this money just to not even receive a response over if my items are coming or not? ridiculous.

Very good value for money

Very good value for money. The clothes are really nice and the delivery time is fine. Sometimes items do come separately which was a bit of a panic but customer service explained this to me and put my mind at ease. A really good experience overall.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Needed to return an item due to it being the incorrect size which was my fault but own savior sent me another free of charge.

Just a quick word on the clothes, they are soooo beautiful.

I love own savior but the delivery…

I love own savior but the delivery could be quicker. I know that some companies have had a tough time during covid but hope this is an area in which they can improve because the clothes are so unique and beautiful. I’ve shopped here a few times in the past 12 months and never been disappointed with the clothing.

This is so unfortunate…
I ordered at the end of January and my order still says it’s being processed until now… it’s literally coming to 6 months and I’ve been reaching out to them. I got a response at the beginning but now not anymore… this is so sad, especially after reading the reviews… so many people are in my situation! I literally spent my birthday money and I’ve just been waiting waiting and waiting… this is so sad, I wish I read the reviews earlier …
Order: #64112 (I even know this number by heart because of the number of times I had to ALWAYS check on my order🤦🏽‍♀️)
Please give me a refund or show me that you care about me as your CUSTOMER! I’m super mad but I still have hope because I love what I ordered… - but if it’s coming to accepting the fact that it won’t come… then give me a refund please.

Awful company

Awful company. Didn’t receive my order or my refund. They fail to respond to messages after repeatedly contacting them on different social media platforms for months. I’ve been waiting for 6months and no progress has been made. The customer service is appalling. It deserves 0 stars.

Ghosted

I ordered two pants with a top, unfortunately the pants didn’t fit, but i’m getting one trouser fixed. I now want to sent back the other one (butterfly), but the return page didn’t work. When I got to the step of taking a picture, I got thrown out of the return page. I have tried many times. I sent a DM and e-mail before the 30 days. I didn’t get a response to my e-mail or DM, even though they claim to respond within 72 hours. Order #65370.

Been waiting for half a year ...

I ordered some stuff on the 27th of December. Now it’s the end of may and I still haven’t received my order. After many many messages they finally replied to me on Instagram and told me that my order was lost in transit and that they will reship the order. They told me that they will reship the order on the 6th of April but now on the 22th of may I haven’t received a tracking number or a confirmation yet 🤷🏼‍♀️. I guess it’s a scam ? Since I am waiting for half a year now.
