I was surprised (in a good way) with how quickly I was able to fill out the application and get connected with a home advisor. I received a phone call after filling out the online form within minutes on a Sunday night! The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, as well. It was a great customer experience.

Ms. Lockbaum was very professional and friendly on the initial phone call. She explained the process and just laid it out how things will go.
The application process was very simple and I have not been bombarded with phone calls from lenders. Something, Ms. Lockbaum told me at the beginning.

Tammy was amazing! She gave me clarity on a first time home owners loan. She was absolutely fantastic! She heard concerns and answered all my questions!

I had been seeing advertisements for OwnUp for awhile, and I finally decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. Leslie Rightmire was so pleasant to speak with. She listened to my concerns, and my wishes, and she was so patient and informative. Leslie was very knowledgeable about the whole process, and she helped me feel confident in taking the next steps.
Afterwards, Leslie even followed up with me, checking to see if I needed any more assistance.

This is trash. They just sell your info to any given mortgage broker willing to pay. It is not some platform where you get to shop options, etc.

I thought this website would give comparative information about potential lenders. Instead it just gives your information to random lenders nobody has every heard of and they contact you. Appears to be a total scam to get loan leads for lenders.

It was a very informative experience, and the fact that they don’t require an SSN is a huge plus. If you’re in the market for a home, I’d recommend checking out OwnUp before making a purchase. They can help ensure you get the best possible deal, which is often one of the hardest parts of the home buying process. Even if you’re just doing research, their guidance can go a long way—especially since buying a home is such a major decision.

I heard about Own Up from an Instagram post. I decided to give it a try as I am buying a house. I filled out the inquiry form on the website and someone called me in 10 minutes. The process was really easy and I didn't have to spend 30 minutes filling out information online. William was very friendly, down to earth, relatable and helpful. He gave me some good tips to consider that no one ever told me even after owning a home for 4 years and being 6 months into a home search.
