I bought the Claude plan from them before purchasing; they told me it was the private Claude Max plan with up to 20x usage. After buying it, I got the regular Claude Pro plan, which was fine at the time. But the problem is, it's a shared account with four other people. Damn, bro, even without using it much, I'm hitting the limits. I told them about the issue. Guess what they said? "We shared your problem with our technical team. Thank you for using our service." Nice. Customer support time: if you haven't purchased any services from them, they reply within a minute; if you have, they start ignoring you. That reply time will be increased to 24 hours.

After purchasing the Oxaam Claude Max 3-month plan, everything seemed fine at first. However, after about a week, constant interruptions started happening.

So far, I’ve been blocked from using Claude multiple times. Each time, I have to contact support, send screenshots, and wait for a response. Their usual reply is:

“Refresh after a few hours — it should be fixed. We’ve informed the technical team, and they said it will take a few hours.”

Unfortunately, this has become a daily occurrence. Almost every single day, I face the same issue, and it often takes hours before everything works smoothly again.

I really hope they are working on this problem and will fix it as soon as possible . Beside the problem that I mentioned their service is good and authentic and they deliver .

Don’t buy services from Oxaam. I paid for a service and their support stopped responding properly. I asked for a refund 1 month ago and still haven’t received it. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
