This company is horrible and should not be allowed to ship anywhere. The shoes are of very poor quality, hard and unwearable. The website states a full money back guarantee. Customer service is absolutely horrible and keeps making promises to send you an address to return the shoes and they never do. I lost more than $100.00 ordering from this company without any resolution at all after more than 5 months of fighting with them. Please don't order from this horrible company. It is deceitful.
My order took several weeks to be shipped and then sat in the recycling box outside my front door, (which is fortunately not collected and emptied), for about 3 weeks as the courier didn't leave a card. I was disappointed with the quality of the items, as they looked shoddier than the pictures on their site. But they fitted well and looked ok on. They were comfortable to wear but not breathable so got quite hot after wearing any length of time. Unfortunately within 3-4 weeks one fell apart. I have applied for a refund and I'm still waiting to hear from Oxanne.
Wish I could give them a minus score. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Horrendous experience. Horrendous quality shoes. Even disputed with PayPal but they refused my claim saying they are fundamentally the correct item, which yes they are shoes but they are unwearable. The material was creased, glue showing, awful stitching. Over 12 emails to the company and they still refused to refund. Total scammers.
What a horrible experience!!! All I can say is Don’t Buy These Shoes! I received my order after waiting for 6 weeks. The shoes are terrible quality and they didn’t fit. When I looked for a return address...there wasn’t one! I emailed and emailed and finally had to get my credit card company involved. The company finally supplied a return address to the credit card company NOT ME! So we finally had an address 4 months later. To return my shoes to China it cost $24 plus $16 for registered receipt. More than the price I paid for the shoes. Horrible horrible service.
Really bad experience with this company.
I ordered a pair of shoes online. They took approx. 6 weeks to arrive, and when they did, they were very badly packaged and therefore squashed. When I tried them on, they were uncomfortable and tight. I emailed their Customer Service Dept. to ask for instructions to return them for a refund. 4 months later and I'm still trying. I have been fobbed off with endless emails (in appalling English) asking for photos of the labels and packaging as well as the shoes themselves, and trying to persuade me to keep them or give them to someone else!
I am appalled by their customer service and warn possible buyers against using them. (The shoes looked rather cheap and nasty anyway).
Oxanne is an Absolute Scam!! We certainly have had the same terrible emails and experience. They should NOT be able to ship their garbage products to the US. Everything about Oxanne is a Nightmare!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER, AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!
Poor quality shoes with no ability to return them - please do not buy from them
The worst customer service ever!!!!!!! They have a 30 day no-hassle policy on returns, which is exactly opposite of how they handle returns.They offered $3.00 on a 35.00 pair of sandals.When we said that was absurd, they offers $4.00 and suggested that we sell them to friends or family...They are scam artists and sell poor quality footwear as well as not standing by their products!!!Buyer beware!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The sandals I purchased are very plasticky and badly made. The two shoes are slightly different shapes with the uppers at different angles to the base. The style is not appropriate for a human foot (unless your toes taper away to nothing from the arch of your foot like a very shallow right-angled triangle!). And in spite of the company's claim on its website about returns, their customer service does nothing but stall.

I requested a Returns Address from you 15 July, i.e. just 11 days after taking delivery.
Your website promises a 30 days no-Hassle return policy and states: ‘send us the product back and we will refund your money immediately’. See attached screenshot.
Moreover in your first email you wrote “ Please do not worry that we will solve it for you.”
Now please provide an address for Returns or, if you really do not want the product back, then please just refund the money.

I ordered sandals on Roxanne.com April 30, 2019.
May 27 I asked when they were gonna ship them and if they hadn’t that I would like a refund (and no shoes). May 29 they responded that because it was popular the shipment might take longer and to please “wait patiently” and if there was anything they could do, to let them know.
I responded same day that I just wanted a refund.
May 30 they said the “item was really good” and to reconsider, etc... I repeated my wish for a refund.
June 9 I received a tracking number for the shoes.
June 30 I sent them an email wanting to return the shoes and get a refund because the were too slim for my foot and I didn’t like the plastic’y quality.
Juli 1 they responded that the shipping address on the parcel was incorrect, without giving me the right address. Also they let me know that I would have to pay for shipping+custom fee. I responded same day that I wasn’t happy about that and that I would give them bad reviews and find a way to get rid of the shoes.
July 2 they asked me to send a picture of the parcel label and shoes, so I did that July 3. The day after they told me they were gonna check with supplier and let me know when they heard from them.
July 25 I asked them for any news, since I had heard nothing.
The day after they sent me a weird email stating that I had gotten the items, and if I had any more questions to just let them know. Sigh...
Obviously I was just being stalled in giving them a bad review.
I again told them that they had sent me the items even though I had in effect canceled the order, and that I should receive a refund. Knowing that it’s never gonna happen.
In the end they sent me an email stating how good the product was with “stylish design and appearance” etc. that they hoped I would keep it and that they would send me a coupon for the inconvenience of waiting basically 2 months from ordering til shipping. Without, of course, including the coupon.
Needless to say that I would discourage anybody to do business with them. Worst one yet, short of a straight up scam.
