Oxbridge International Summer School Reviews 

My experience in Oxford this year was probably the highlight of my summer. I studied molecular medicine and I wholeheartedly recommend the course to anybody interested in or passionate about not only medicine, but also biochemistry and even, like me, neuroscience. I absolutely love the city and the people - the staff and tutors were kind, helpful, and funny. I will not forget the zumba dance evenings and movie nights with popcorn in the common room. I most definitely recommend going to see a Shakespeare play while in Oxford - it was one of the absolute highlights of my trip. AND OH, THE BOOKSTORES! I left with nearly overweight baggage due to the many book purchases... I formed friendships with people I still talk to on a regular basis. Great staff who are friendly and helpful. The tutors taught great and interesting subjects which I had some reservations about at first, though by the end I was very interested in. Other pupils on the course were very easy to get along with, I feel as though I've made friends for life. I would recommend it to anyone if they are interested in going to higher education.

I Honestly didn't know what to expect when I first arrived at Oxbridge International Summer School, but I soon found my worries to be unfounded as the staff and tutors were some of the nicest people i'ver ever had the pleasure of meeting. The program was well conducted and full of interesting and exciting opportunities, and I became lasting friends with all the other students. I've made a lot of memories there and I highly recommend going.

It was a really nice two weeks I got to spend at Oxford. Not only I got to taste what it is like to study at one of the most renown university in the world, I also made amazing friends. It is a beautiful experience to meet people your age around the world. Not to mention, Oxford is a fantastic place to spend your two weeks; amazing bookstores and pubs (to eat of course). All in all, if you have the money and time I would say, do it!

A great two weeks, learning about Oxford life from real Oxford tutors; graduates and under graduates. Without forgetting interacting with wonderful, like-minded people from across the globe.

Attending OISS in the summer is definitely the best choice I had ever made myself, indeed, it was amazing and unforgettable. There I got a chance to learn a bunch of brand-new perspectives of my favorite subject-economics in a relaxing yet inspiring way. Every tutor is excellent in teaching and is super friendly, they lead and encourage students to explore the knowledge on their own in an impressive way by providing the hilarious real-life examples. Students also get a chance to meet excellent people the same age with them all over the world and I am so grateful to build the life-long friendship with other two girls from different countries who shared amazingly common interests with me and we have already planned reunion in the future. I literally love Oxford and made up my mind to apply for colleges in England after my two-weeks session there. Lastly, what I gained from OISS is beyond words.

I came into the summer school with the preassumption that it was going to be hardline academics through and through. This was soon to be fixed, with a wide variety of activities not only being fun to participate in, but also helping me to get to know my peers at the camp a whole lot better. I didn't only enhance my knowledge of law here, but also made numerous new friends whom I shan't forget in a million years. Absolutely fantastic experience.

This was the best thing to happen to me. This is not an exaggeration; it is a very real feeling, one that will last very long. I feel I will look back on those two weeks forever with a yearning to go back, to be surrounded by all those wonderful people and the beautiful city of Oxford. There isn't much else to say that will describe my feelings. I loved it. That's pretty much all you need to know.

I really enjoyed my time at the Oxbridge international summer school, everyone was so nice and I made so many friends, I miss everyone so much. We did loads of activities, as well as studying our chosen subject. I loved studying English, and I genuinely feel I have learnt so much!

Really great experience, I feel like I have a much better preparation for applying to university now than I did before, and there was more than enough time for free time as well so it didn't feel like we were being overworked at all. Definitely would recommend.

All seminars and workshops were very informative! I can now use the tools and skills they taught us for applying to colleges and jobs, as well as taking exams.
Although there were many readings and we had a good amount of essays to write, there was plenty of time to explore Oxford and hang out with friends!
At the program many strong long lasting friendships were made and the tutorials were informative and definetly helped us become more knowledgeable of the field we chose to study at the program!

Seriously incredible, life changing experience. I learned loads and made friends with whom I still talk every day. Very well organized and planned but not too restrictive and overly regulated. Definitely worth flying out from kenya for!

This summer school offers a great expirience and useful insight into the subject of your choice. All the tutors are either Oxford University alumni or current Oxford students, hence the quality of their teaching is very high. The two-hour free time slot everyday gives enough time for the students to explore Oxford and its local gastronomic wonders. The stuff are always polite and always helpful. They also offer tours into their colleges and give some interesting facts about their university life.
