Avoid this company at all cost, they appear to be fraudulent! I booked their 5 day virtual CQC course for £900, never received any receipt or any details of how to gain access to my course, I contacted their admin who kept palming me off, eventually it got so bad I requested a refund, which they agreed to, only to find weeks later the refund had not been processed, I then had to go to my bank and raise a card dispute and have them pull the money back from the company. Needless to say the bank done their job and got the money back for me.
