Ordering online was quick and easy... We ordered it one day and received it the next.. It doesn't get any better than that...

I expected to get my order within a couple of days. It actually took about five days.

People were attentive, but they delivered the product 4 days after the rush requested and it was the wrong product when it arrived

Delivered very fast. Ordered Friday and it arrived Monday. A little expensive, but I won't do without it. Great little unit.

I have been on oxygen for two and a half years and I've struggled with oxygen bottles get in here and there. I saw the Inogen one advertised and was determined I would have one . I wanted my life back. I won my disability case and received a rather large back pay. The first thing but I did war to buy an Inogen one. I ordered and paid thinking I would get my oxygenator within a week or two but to my surprise 2 Days Later it was sitting on my table. I am so happy with my unit, I can't tell you how happy it's give me my freedom back I don't have to wait for them to bring me bottles anymore I just have to remember to charge it so that it's ready to go when I'm ready to go. I would recommend this product to anybody it is as good as they say it is. I love mine thank you Inogen one.

After trying and returning two back packs for my Inogen unit I was ready to give up. This sling type mesh back seems to work better than anything else. It isn't easy to find and for me it was sheer accidental to even find it. It should be available thru Amazon.
