Bad experience. The designs do not correspond to the photos. €40 for a t-shirt worth €5

Shipment came very late. It took about 3 weeks to arrive, completely missing the birthday I had bought the sweater for. Not only that, but they didn't even get the order right. Still waiting for the replacement, which I'm sure will take an additional 3 weeks to arrive. They need better fulfillment and shipping partners.

Their supposed "one size" socks also are very small. They feel like I had to borrow someone else's socks.

Very low quality, I recieved my sweater with a hole in it.

Love the shirts but after washing them
They look brutal. Extremely disappointed

Be patient and know before dealing with OXKnit

Takes long time to get the items.
It says 6~16 days when I ordered it but found out that it is after if and when they send the items…Coming from china. After waiting after two weeks I contacted them (also had PAYPAL involved) . After I sent a message on MONDAY to OXKnit…
“Hi, we’re not currently online. Thanks for your message! We will get back to you within 6 hours. (Weekend messages will be answered on Monday) Please let me know your order number if you'd like to ask about order information. If you need to know your order number, please let me know your email and phone number, and we will send you the order information within 6 hours. If you have other questions, please describe your problem to us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible” then follow up message after 2days says….“Usually the parcel will be sent out within 3-7 business days after placement. As some items in your order are out of stock, your order was delayed for several days. However. your parcel was sent to the carrier already, usually they will update the tracking code within 2-5 days.Once they update the tracking code, you will receive an email about this.” So first they sell without having the items, then according what they say it take 3-7 days to ship it out then tracking available 2-5 days then take 6-16 days to arrive (which needed to see since I have not gotten my order yet) according to tracking it is still in dongguan china for past 3 days. So it take about a month to two to get your order. I requested with PayPal for resolution. Paypal sent message to OXKnit then I got the replies. According to pay pal I can wait 7 days of starting resolution, I can request claim for refund but before 20days are up. So if I don’t claim refund within 20days and if I don’t get the merchandise then I am short stacked. Will see and to be followed…

I ordered two shirts thinking they would be a good value because they looked like Ben Sherman products. They arrived in about two week from China. They were of really poor construction quality and unwearable. I inquired about a return and was told that I would have to return them to China at my own expense. Spend the extra money and buy from Ben Sherman.

Have to say that the courier this company used were useless, and when I turned to the seller for support, all they said was “We are sorry that we are unable to get the parcel already as it is international transport, your local carrier won't return the item to us, they will just return the parcel to their depot or dispose the parcel.”. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank.

Very long shipping time. I only received half of my order. When I contacted customer service They told me I could pick something of equal value to replace the item I did not receive , because the item I ordered was no longer in stock. I had to tell them that it was still In stock on their website. Then they claimed they would send it out. It never came. The half of my order I did receive was of good quality, and I really like a lot of what is on their site, but I would never order from them again.

Great looking products with great fit. Also shipping was reasonable even though it's an international shipment.

Cheap material, sweaters overpriced

I had a huge problem with the delivery service : my package had been stolen.
Oxknit immediately proposed me to resend it and I received the second one very quickly.

The shirt (xxl) have the size for a child, not for a man. If i want make a retour, i have to send it to china, thats a bad condition.

Have they lost their minds I ordered a sweater and received a vaping pin This company is a total scam I’ve filed a claim with PayPal and I will get my money back

It's a very comfortable and cool sweater. All I get are compliments especially wearing it with a sports coat.
