I ordered two sweaters from Oxknit, took about 3 weeks to get to me. The delivery status is still showing in route… lol. Needless to say I got the two garments. The material is pretty thin but I give the quality a 4 out of 5. The fit is was really good too. I’m sure after a couple washes it will be time to toss them out. My advice if you need something asap Oxknit may not be reliable.

Really good quality garment. I'm normally a large but ordered X-Large, good tracking, prompt service. Can't vouch for anyone else, but my experience was great.

I was about to fulfill my purchase via Paypal. But it was cancelled and I received a message from my credit card company. I called them up and they said they had a number of claims from customers that purchased from this HongKong based company Oxknit. I skipped it..

Fake. Don't show no tracking after so long a email was send saying delivered and no package. So disappointed

I've placed a few orders with Oxknit and have had a pretty good experience. The fits are as advertised, and the quality is pretty good. A couple of loose threads here and there, but nothing a bic lighter couldn't fix. I'm honestly surprised to see so many negative reviews, as they didn't reflect my experiences.

The shipping time was reasonable and my purchases were well packaged.

I ordered two short sleeve shirts and they were stating it shipped, for a week without tracking info. I went to the website and it said to message them on IG because of some break/ holiday they were on. I will say their communication was pretty quick when messaging on IG. I was finally told the shirts was back order although it was stating shipped. I requested a refund and they did so promptly. I won’t be ordering from them again. However, I’ve seen Amazon and alibaba with the exact same shirts advertised recently.

Never received my order despite Yanwen (whoever that is) claiming it was delivered. Oxknit has yet to respond to my complaint, but I can just about assume they'll shift the blame to Yanwen. Well, I didn't order from Yanwen. I ordered from Oxknit

Poor quality material and service. Sizes are waaaay off like 3 sizes too small! Return policy is trash (I blame myself for not researching first)! Had to get credit card company and PayPal involved for dispute and investigation!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Take your money and... waitng for a miracle. Its like a ALIEXPRESS ,but way more expensive for the quality!

Immediately tried to cancel an order. They took 2 days to respond and then said I was too late to cancel it. Once they have your money, they're keeping it for sure.

Only 1 of 2 items ordered was delivered. No response from support. Email says to send Facebook message and I cannot get a reply from them. I am filing a report with my cc company. Do not buy from this vendor.

After 2 months of waiting and despite 2 reminders to the Chinese distributor and an email to the Oxknit website, I never received my package, never received a refund and never had any response from them! It's a shame ! or is it a scam??
