No they don’t have stock.

Was told at time of ordering and double checked that all products are in stock.
Made to pay upfront, yet all products weren’t in stock and when they finally were still late on the delivery time.
Most products all come from Queensland
Be prepared to wait.
Not the first time either.

Worst! Service! Ever! Waited 3 months for a refund!

Terrible customer service!
On July 5th I've placed an order and fully payed for it. At that time their website said the goods will be available in about three weeks, which was acceptable.
On July 27th contacted customer support and I received a reply "...we have big problem with this supplier" - they were not able to tell me even an approximate delivery date. Waited few more weeks and hoped they will resolve the issue.
On August 15th asked for a refund and customer representative promised to get in contact with me next day. Currently it's August 28th and I still have not received my refund, nor I've heard anything from customer representative.
* Update: September 12, 2024:
Still no product, no refund. All my written communication is being ignored.
Deplorable service!
* Update: September 19, 2024:
As You can see, they replied to my review with a false message to show that they "care".
One more week has passed and situation has not changed - no goods, no refund and I am being ignored by customer service. They also still offer the same products which "will be available in 2 weeks".
* Update October 4th, 2024:
On September 19, 2024 I once again sent them a request for a refund. Received a reply few hours later from Rokia "Our accountant confirms the refund, please check your bank account". I was happy to hear that because it finally seemed to me that I will get my refund. I was wrong!
On September 24 I sent another email: "refund not received". 3 hours later Rokia replies that my order was placed during company's buyout process and "refund request is already being processed". Ok, fine. I'll wait a bit longer.
On October 2 I once again send them an email that no refund was received. Few hours later they ONCE AGAIN (for the third time) ask for the details on where to refund the payment, even tho I sent them the required information a month ago. I did send the information required to make the transfer and, to my surprise, on the morning of October 4th I finally received a refund. EXACTLY 3 MONTHS LATER!

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Product Quality

I recently made a purchase from Oxwork for clothing needed for my new job as a chef. Attracted by their promise of free returns, I placed an order but was extremely disappointed with the quality and fit of the items received. Except for one item, which also turned out to be of poor quality, none of the items met my expectations.To make matters worse, I was charged approximately €20 for an item that originally cost €8.67. When I contacted customer service for clarification, I received an insulting email suggesting I was exploiting their promotions, which is not the case. Furthermore, a follow-up response included a confusing screenshot that did nothing to explain the charges or address my concerns.I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service experience. I urge others to think twice before purchasing from Oxwork, as their handling of customer complaints and returns leaves much to be desired.
