I placed an order with Oxy-plants at the end of July, for plants and pots, costing £180:94. The order was due to take 48 hours to arrive.
I have not received my goods, I have not received a single email from the company; no email confirmation of the order, no confirmation of cancellation and no explanation of why the money was removed from my account on July 27th. Despite numerous telephone calls to these people I still don’t have my money back.
I would strongly suggest avoiding doing business with this firm.

Fast premium delivery, hassle-free ordering, accepted PayPal (which is a bonus as I don't like spreading card details around unnecessarily), good email updates and tracking, and the item received was as described and effective for the purpose. 5 stars :)

I am not very happy, excited to finally replace the old bird of paradise I had but it arrived with a stem bent, after emailing them they told me snottily to cut it off and it will grow and to expect a risk when it is being delivered.
It came in a smaller box than the height of the plant and with so much soil everywhere, that one should consider repotting.
They offered to return some of my money and not heard from them.
Such a shame I was excited for this!
Waiting for my full refund and a response still.

Paid 170 for two money trees. Turned up broken and 90% dead. So far poor customer service. Have sent multiple photo’s. Poor communication. Use them at your peril.

As an update company have been in touch and are going to send new plants. Let’s hope these are of a better quality.

I have had a few plants and plant pots and everything has been delivered quickly and packaged carefully so nothing has been damaged .I would highly recommend Oxyplants first class 👌

I can recommend Oxy-Plants. I ordered a large aspidistra and it arrived the next day, well-packed and in excellent condition. It was also very reasonably priced compared to some other online plant shops. It looks lovely in its forever home. I have since ordered the smaller aspidistra and the same comments apply to that one as well. Oxy-Plants will always be my first port of call for houseplants in the future.

Ordered a palm online which was on sale and it came on time and in good condition. A great feature in the room I bought it for.

Ordered a ceramic plant pot which arrived broken despite immaculate packaging. Was replaced immediately with even more packaging very happy.

This company is very difficult to deal with - refusing to replace a pot that arrived broken via Yodel. I am left with a part order that cannot be used - the plant also arrived damaged but I was willing to keep it. They didn't even bother to check what I ordered and requested return of items I didn't have
• They refuse to pay return postage on the now unusable order and insist the remaining items must be returned in original packaging and in saleable condition which they were not when they arrived! I am beating my head against a brick wall trying to get through to them but they clearly have no idea of customer service. Very sad as l've used them previously . AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!

I ordered a large Kentia palm, along with a pot, several months ago. It arrived promptly and was VERY well packed. The plant was in a very healthy condition, and looks as good today as the day it came. Reasonable price. Pleased with my purchase, and I am considering another purchase.

Ordered a banana plant from oxy plants. It came beautifully packaged and in good condition. It’s still going strong. Really happy with my purchase.

almost a month since ordering, only part of order arrived. When I chased, was told the rest is on backlog. Appreciate this happens, but no communication about the delay. Luckily not in rush, but would have been 1 star if i had.

ordered a ginseng, arrived fast very well wrapped, plant was superb, have now ordered another plant, great company.

Really wanted to write a review as I ordered before I checked the reviews so was very nervous about the 2.9 rating! Two beautiful plants arrived on the day I was told they would arrive and they look healthy so I’m hopeful they will last but the experience was good for me so wanted to provide a positive review. I live in quite a remote area so am always a little nervous about larger deliveries (especially with yodel!) but it went great for me. My new babies are so far looking happy in their new home! Thanks Oxy-Plants!

I ordered a beautiful Money Tree 😍 So healthy! It arrived on time, everything has been great so far! It makes my room look so fancy! I love it!

What a lovely plant. Really healthy and delivered very quickly. It is thriving and looking beautiful in my front room. I am so happy with it and it was bigger than I expected and in good shape.

10/10! Plants arrived in great condition and are fab value. Had a few issues with delivery but the customer service team were excellent in resolving. Will be buying more!

I bought a boston fern and potted lucky bamboo. They arrived in good time and in perfect condition.

We've had them for a few weeks now and they are very happy in their new home. And we are very happy to have them!

I would certainly buy from oxy-plants again.

Extremely BAD customer service.
I purchased 6 plants with this company and invested a considerable amount in the purchase. One of the 6 plants arrived partially uprooted with loose soil and bent leaves from the box being shorter than the plant height. I gently replaced the loose soil to the pot in question and hoped that the plant would not show much damage in the days to come despite having been in the post for some days with loosened soil / partially uprooted. To my dismay, the plant started to show signs of distress with one of the two in the pot failing miserably with curled up yellow leaves. I reached out to oxy-plants for a remedy for the plant which was damaged and to my dismay, they offered an apology regarding their inability to offer a remedy and ask that I repot the plant as it was a rather big plant and not so big pot, cut out any damaged roots if any as they suspect there might be, fertilize the plant etc.
This was a very disappointing response which left me questioning;

Why was I sent a big plant in a pot which was obviously too small to hold the weight of the plant adequately?

Why were the plants placed in a box which with inadequate height to accommodate the height of the plants?

Why did my request for a remedy - especially regarding the partially uprooted state of the plant - fall on death ears?

Why was the outcome of my valid complaint and reasonable request met with a suggestion to remedy the issue myself by repotting, use fertilizer etc?

I have previously encouraged my fellow plant lover friends to use this company, however, I feel compelled to alert them of this experience and terrible customer service.

Terrible experience. Received a large shattered pot I ordered alongside 2 small pots. I was originally told a replacement would be sent but after 12 days no replacement was dispatched. I then asked for a refund and was told only the item price and not the delivery cost could be refunded, after questioning this I was offered £1 of the delivery cost back? I accepted this, however this refund was never processed and I have yet to receive anything back. I have had to open a chargeback to try and recover this money. Would strongly advise avoiding this company and choosing from one of the many alternatives with better reviews.
