My NT-04 from TTLife came right on time, just before my camping trip! Everything was exactly as advertised—it really does what it's supposed to do. I love how convenient it is. I can use it on a schedule or even 23/7, which works great for me.

Varon VT-1 bundle not shipped, VT-1 has no continuous mode, and in response to the reviews, TTLIFE is willing to refund in exchange for deleting Trustpilot reviews
In reply to my earlier reviews, TTLIFE stated that “Our customer service team has contacted you and provided a solution to address your concerns. Could you please check your email and respond to us...” The email I received from the “customer service team” states verbatim and in its entirety:’
“Hi，
We are willing to refund the money for the order to you.
Could you please delete the bad reviews in the TTLife Trustpilot and Varon Trustpilot ? thank you very much .”
In short, TTLIFE is willing to refund the money in exchange for deleting “the bad reviews”.
Unfortunately, TTLIFE did not actually refund the money yet and did not yet disclose its business address.

Overall pleased with purchases
Made 2 orders, first order received quickly and unit works fine. Second order was for additional batteries and car power adapter. One of the batteries I ordered was not in the shipment so I contacted customer service. They promptly shipped the battery that was missing from my order without hassle. All orders were shipped from the US and were received within a weeks' time. We have had the oxygen concentrator unit now for a few months and have had no issues with it. Thank you TTLife!

The never sent the machine to me
I sent an oxygen concentrator for repair and was informed that the machine could not be repaired even if I paid for the service. When I requested them to return the machine to me, they neither responded nor sent the machine back to me.

This company is not even worth 1 Star
This company is not even worth 1 Star, their product does not generate anything remotely close to generating what they advertise. If you are disabled as I am and your looking for oxygen assistance stay away from this company. You will be greatly disappointed. Worse yet when you send $500 or more anticipating a unit that will help you travel. You will have spent your money as a waste of time and great disappointment. I will follow up with the results of a legal action that I will be filing next week.

Portable and Home Oxygen Concentrators
I've purchased both a portable Varon NT-02 unit as well as the NT-04 2 in 1 7 liter home machine. Both are high quality products that I feel confident using for my supplemental oxygen needs. Ease of use and comprehensive instruction manuals are a definite plus for both machines. Any questions that I had were promptly answered by friendly customer service personnel. If you are looking for a low price, high quality solution to your supplemental oxygen needs, you can't go wrong.

No working phone number
No working phone number. I paid for a machine and it is lost in the mail TTLIFE has done NOTHING to resolve the problem. They refused to return my money or ship another machine. TTLIFE blames the shipper yet they will not give me the name or phone number for them. RUN don't walk away from this company.

Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. Phone calls are not answered and it takes days to receive an email back. I need to return this machine and they offered me $60 to keep it and sell it to someone else..then when I refused they offered me $85.00
Shipping it back cost more than $200 then they said they would charge me $109.00 restocking fee. Don't purchase from this company. I will be filing a dispute with my card company

Great concedntrator - so lightweight and easy to take anywhere with you.
I needed a concentrator that I could take with me on walks plus my automobile traveling. Lightweight and easy to handle. This NT-05 I purchased fit my budget, as for what I paid, I feel it has a lot to offer. Quiet, easy to use, affordable. I love it.

Complaints based on inaccessible customer care. Do not yet know the quality of the item. Non-functioning customer service telephone line. Largely automated customer service email replies. Makes customer pay for shipping of returns. They do not take back accessories and supplies. Only the machines.

Price,quality
Price,quality, and customer service made this one of the best purchases I've ever made, and I am 92. My needs may be a little unique in that I have congestive heart failure but normal ecgs and echocardiograms.
They put me on oxygen. Living in a flood zone in an elevated house meant needing help getting up and down stairs . I was looking for a portable rechargeable oxygen generator to give me more freedom. No help needed. After careful investigation I found the NT 05.
From the moment I opened the box and saw how carefully it was packed I realized I was getting a quality
product. The instructions were clear and it was easy to
get it ready for testing to see if it met my needs. NO problems. It now gives me the ability to come and go as I please. The battery easily lasts two hours so I don't have to worry about it shutting off (4 hrs with the back up battery). I looked at a lot of generators, most cost hundreds if not thousands more and did not have the same features. The customer service was great, the same quality as the product they sell.

TtLife and their policies
TtLife dealt with me over an Oxygen Concentrator I purchased. After I received the device i talked with my Pulmonologist. He decided the concentrator was not what I needed. I emailed with TTLife and they were wonderful. Offered me an even trade for another device.
I decided to go a different route and ordered what I needed.
TTLife agreed to let me return my device and to refund my money.
I returned the device and I received my refund within 3 days.
I highly recommend TTLife for your purchases.
