FRAUD and Thiefs!

The worst customer service I have ever expereinced. I purchased items in Venice and subsequently returned them on the same day (did not fit me) the lady ensured me the refund would be processed right away (this was on the 16th of September) it is now the 5th of November and no sign, I have contacted them on multiple occasions they passed the issue onto my bank. My bank has no record of a refund being processed. I contacted the store directly and they passed me back to customer service, who have NOW passed me back to the store! APPALLING customer service and damn right fraud!

Good quality

Made orders 3 times. Bought multiple PJ sets, joggers, sweatshirts and lingerie. Clothes are comfortable and made of breathable materials. Didn't loose quality after washing. Delivery was always on time. This is my favourite loungewear brand so far. The only disadvantage I faced is that photos are sometimes not describtive enough. For example, sweatshirts looked like they are of normal fit, but are oversized in reality.

I have very good experience with Oysho. I love Oysho products. Although sometimes there can be some issues about the online shopping the customer service resolves quickly. I’m beyond happy with the company. Highly recommended. US Customer, Gozde Gurer.

Customer Support is great: don't mix-up different orders when your are returning articles! All my returns were processed correct. :-)

Fashionable trendy sport articles, night- and loungewear, ladies underwear, swimwear, shoes many choises!! Quality is sustainable and very good!!

I would give them 0 stars. This is why.
They say delivery within 24-48 hours. They don't deliver for 5 days and I get a message they have run out of stock of one item (I order 2 of the same item). My question is - what have you been doing with my order for 5 days that now it's run out before you posted it? This is blatantly due to the slow service.
Also, the item that ran out is part of an underwear "set" you have to purchase separately, so that means I'll have to return the other part. To be honest, I should be able to do it immediately since the order hasn't been even posted. Not a chance, I have to wait for my order for who knows how much longer, and then post it back and then wait for a refund. All because the delivery wasn't processed as promised. And I do think when you say you will do it in 1-2 days, it's part of the contract, so you've breached your own contract oysho.
I won't be ordering from oysho again.

Terrible customer service

Appalling customer service, unable to fulfill order in stipulated time period, customer services would not indicate how long the order would take, were abrupt and unhelpful. When I enquired about placing a new order and paying for same day delivery in London I was told they would not be able to fulfill that order either. I appreciate delays may occur but don't send an email confirming a time frame for delivery which you are unable to meet. Had I known the order would have taken longer, I wouldn't have places it as the items were needed asap.

Oysho can’t deliver my order and doesn’t allow me to cancel it

Placed an order several days ago that should have been delivered. Contacted customer service twice and was told there was “an issue with my order”. First time I was told that I would get an email with more info. Two days later contacted customer service again and had the same reply. Asked if I could cancel the order and was told no. Terrible customer experience, no transparency, no customer service follow up, no order and I can’t cancel the order and get my money back. Really poor experience.

Refused to return item for being just over 30 days

Refused to return or exchange a pair of leggings for being a few days out of the 30 day policy (due to ill health). For the sake of £40 and letting me be able to swap a pair of leggings they have lost a good customer! The customer service was also shockingly poor and unhelpful. Oysho have a very long way to go to be able to compete with rival companies that know how to value their customers and don't penalise for bad circumstances. I will never order from Oysho again.

Terrible company

Terrible company, they have been “investigating” since 2020 and cannot seem to deal with mistakes due to their own company. Every time I contact them through email I receive the same reply over and over, it seems like no professional has been employed in all these years in business. They will not drop the invoices and have been annoying me since 2020, it is really shameless. Can’t recommend this company

Better than expected

After reading all these bad reviews I got a bit worried about my order but everything was fine. I ordered 6 pair of panties and they were delivered 2 days later. They fit great and the quality looks good. For that reason there was no need to contact customer service so I can not comment on that. All I can say is that is was a good experience for me.

Awful

After receiving a pair of compression leggings with holes in them and threads hanging out of the seams I contacted customer service immediately as unlike most companies you cannot download a return label you have to request it. To say they made me jump through hoops for said label is an understatement. They insisted that I send photos of the leggings, their servers only accept a certain size file so after 4 or 5 attempts they finally received the photos which they then deemed unacceptable because you could not see the label! So I had to go through the process again, though I did inform them that under EU law I have 14 days to send back an item if I do not want it for a full refund so why they insisted on the photos made no sense, whether the leggings were faulty or not I am still entitled to a full refund, so much time wasting, quite unbelievable. I sent my fist email the day I received the leggings - 16th of March, it is now 14th of April, nearly a month later and still no sign of my refund. Having to contact them yet AGAIN they have started the time wasting process of now requesting a photo of my post office receipt from when the item was returned to them. Really an absolutely awful company to deal with, I've never encountered anything like it in my life. Only reason I can find for 1 star is the delivery time was decent but if I could give a minus number for the rating I would. Do not recommend the company or the products whatsoever 43.94euro later and all I have to show for it is a headache.

Good quality clothes

I'm not really sure why Oysho has so many bad reviews on here. I'm in the UK and have ordered from here a couple of times AND made a return with no issues. Delivery was super quick and so was my refund. I've mainly bought underwear and been happy with it.

I love their sportswear

I love their sportswear. The other products I think they are way too expensive. But the leggings and sports bras are well made, and the pattern is lovely. Too bad they don't have pretty patterns all the time, and honestly, I wait for the sales to buy stuff, but every time I get the occasion, I'll buy training clothes for them.

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOUBLE CHARGED:I was double-charged in their Granada…

I was double-charged in their Granada store. After 6 weeks of having my calls and emails go unanswered and dead-end social media service chats, I keep getting told that we will get to your request soon. Six weeks with no resolution, seriously what kind of company is this? My bank ended up forcing a refund and resolving the matter in half an hour. Also their clothes break down quickly after washing. AVOID AND SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND MONEY!

This is the worst company customer…

This is the worst company customer service I have EVER come across! I was sent faulty items twice and not only do they agents not respond, even on Twitter they do not help!

I have never had such a bad customer experience and i will NEVER be shopping with Oysho again!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Returned a pair of faulty leggings the day after receiving them as per the guidance. Five weeks later and they want to return to me (?!) as I didn’t photograph them?
Dreadful customer service. Poor products. A bad combination.
