Disgraceful, money-grabbing organisation
TfL are an absolute disgrace. They come across as nothing more than a money-grabbing organisation that does not care one bit about the public they are supposed to serve.
I received charges relating to the tunnel, which I strongly believe were caused by faults or failures in their own system. I appealed the charges not once, but twice, clearly explaining the situation, and both times they simply rejected it and threw it out with no real consideration, no accountability, and no common sense.
It feels like the appeal process is just there for show. You take the time to explain what happened, provide your side, and they still hide behind automated responses and rigid processes designed to make sure they get their money regardless of whether the charge is fair or not.
The whole experience has left me out of pocket because of their system, their poor handling, and their refusal to take responsibility. It honestly feels like they are trying to claw back money from the public to cover the cost of a tunnel they overspent on.
Terrible organisation, terrible customer service, and a completely unfair process. I would not trust TfL to handle anything fairly.
DELAYED TO WORK
I am really disappointed and fed up with this service. It is never on time no matter what.
The drivers are just wasting time and doing timepass. They drive so slow and even slow down before traffic lights just to wait for them to turn red on purpose.
I leave my house very early every day but I still end up late by 10 minutes every single time, all because of how they drive.
We pay good money for this and it feels like we are paying for rubbish service. It’s not fair and it needs to change. LK16 DFP

“London’s transport system isn’t good at all—it just feels like a waste of money. Public transport in Pakistan seems much better than this.” pakistan 🇵🇰
It is nearly useless
It is nearly useless, and these people always want more money. For sure they don't deserve it.
Dial A Ride = Rubbish Communication
Was foolish enough to trust TFL and Dial A Ride to make arrangement for an 80+ year old Alzheimer's patient that needed transport for an operation. Booked it a week in advance and saw it in the pending section of the app and website. Then I logged in the night before the trip to see they'd removed the scheduled trips. No communication. Nothing. I rang them up and this is normal procedure.
Sorry what kind of company runs like this? You provide no communication? Is this some kind of sick joke? The staff via the customer service actually believe this is considered standard procedure.
Absolute waste of time.
I already suspect the transport is reserved for certain people. You know, the kind our weak excuse for a Mayor likes. We don't fit into his vision for London so likely certain surnames don't get certain services. This country is run by jokers.

It’s absolutely outrageous how your system operates! The delays in processing payments when using bank cards, especially with something as fundamental as tapping to pay for Transport for London, are simply infuriating. Why on earth does it take weeks for the money to be deducted from our accounts? Just last week, I tapped my card only to discover that the funds weren’t taken until two weeks later, and on top of that, there were extra charges applied. It feels like a blatant attempt to rip off hard-working individuals who rely on your services.
This kind of behaviour breeds distrust. People should have confidence that when they tap their cards, the payment is processed immediately, not left hanging for weeks on end. Such practices only serve to frustrate and alienate your customers. It’s high time you sorted this mess out and restored some integrity to your payment processing system before more people are pushed to their limits!!!

If you transfer from TfL to the tube they charge the full amount
I suggest any users of the Elisabeth Line check their payments
Awful. People
I’ve worked for TFL for 26 years.
I’ve worked for TFL for 26 years.
From personal experience I can reliably inform you that they are a shockingly incompetent company, as well as corrupt.
This is why they have been bailed out to the tune of
£6.6 BILLION up to 2026.
This is PUBLIC money they have been given by the government.
They have also been promised a further £2.2 BILLION for the next four years.
So that’s £8.8 BILLION of OUR money that has gone to prop a failed, incompetent, and corrupt business.
Just think what that money could have done!
Shameful and Disgraceful.

Joyful Joyce at Custom House made a miserable morning for me, wonderful and memorable. I need her in my ears every day! Great idea TFL!
No knowledge of dealing with Customers.
I had a bad experience in Oxford Circus Station, few months ago I had my oyster card linked up with network railcard for the discount, but when it expired I went again to relink and the staff (actually a supervisor) said they don't link up network card! and when I challenged him saying I have done it before, he said to me "are you calling me a liar?"... later someone else explained that not all railcard are eligible to be linked up with oyster card and mine was done by mistake last time. the first person (supervisor) could've explained to me rather than trying to start a fight.. not a very professional approach and no knowledge to handle customer.
Too long of a wait all because of strikes
Acc dog been waiting for a bus for the last hour after spotting 5 busses go in the opposite direction after being told online to wait 10 minutes all because the TfL want to strike worst transport system I’ve ever travelled on
TFL website info not reliable on industrial action days.
Why can’t TFL be honest and tell customers that there’s no guarantee the service they require will be available on Industrial action days. Londoners may already know this but people travelling from outside London rely solely on the TFL website for accurate information.
We had a long planned theatre trip this evening and checked the TFL website this morning. It confirmed that the Victoria line was not affected. However, this changed this afternoon. It now shows no service after 8pm on multiple lines including the Victoria line. So, too late to change tickets or get a refund. Not acceptable!
A deeply unsatisfactory service!
A deeply unsatisfactory service. The strikes disrupt the schedules of countless of commuters across London. The right to strike must be exercised responsibly, and it cannot reasonably override the rights of the public who, ultimately, fund the system through their fares. If staff do not wish to work, they should simply resign so that those who are unemployed and willing to perform the role are given the opportunity to work. The situation is untenable and shows little regard for the people who rely on the London underground.
The worst authorities of transport for…
The worst authorities of transport for the last three years.
Authorities do not care about people who have to go to work.
Transport strikes none stop.
Buses that half full do not stop but the ones that full do stop and try to get more passengers.
No buses for half an hour that should be coming every 5 minutes and than comes 5 at once.
Buses get terminated in the middle of journey for no clear reason when the bus is full of passengers.
Roads repair none stop, same road gets closed 3 times in the same month.
Prices are high to pay for travel but no consistency in service.
It is the most disappointing service in London.
Does London Mayor Mr Khan cares to fix the problem or he is only good at speeches?
Another "fire alarm" in the South Acton area.
Perhaps there is one, or perhaps Overground staff felt jealous of the strike, or maybe this was their way of avoiding work without actually going on strike. Either way, there’s always a fire alert in this area.. Much "coincidence"
Poor service on the phone
Poor service on the phone. Someone just stuck me on hold and then hung up. Called back again and got passed around 3 times before getting through to someone who i hung up on me again.

In this day and age there is no improvement. Get that sht khan to invest in new signals so they don't body Fail.
