We got our Daikin Air Purifier from Oz…

We got our Daikin Air Purifier from Oz Air Online. We ordered online (nice and easy website) and the purifier arrived very quickly. It works beautifully and is very quiet. We'd certainly buy from Oz Air Online again.

Very good product

Very good service, fast delivery and good communication.
The product itself works well, was a bit sceptical at first, but now the aircon is performing perfectly and way more efficiently.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company, what a horrible experience I had. I wanted to buy a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Bronte C9.5kW H10.3kW Reverse Cycle Split System DXK33ZRA-W-Set , I tried to call customer service and it always rang out to reception, I left my name 5 times in one day, someone tried to call me but her phone was not working, I wrote an e mail with my questions, no one responded, reception was rude. I ask to contact a manager and they had no number I could call and they wrote an e mail for a manager to contact me, it didn't happen. I wonder if I ordered the unit and something was wrong, I would get no assistance....they don't care about their reputation, stay clear of this business

Oz Air Online reached out to me only after I submitted a poor review and took no responsibility for their poor customer service, what kind of company puts an email to contact customer service and it goes to junk mail? They tried to spin it that they did everything they could to contact me which is false, as I told them I have been in this country 25 years and this by far is the worst customer service experience i ever had, thank God I did not purchase a unit from these people and tried to contact them if I had an issue with it. I stand by my review and to add to that, they took no responsibility for the poor customer service I received, I will be spending my money elsewhere where they value customers and care about their reputation, again i reiterate, stay away from this company!

I can do this everyday if they wish, you can see the desperation in their update, now they are commenting on a private e mail I sent them, they have no shame. Yes I did comment on their staff, rightly so, I asked to speak to a manager but reception had no phone number and tried to hurry me off the phone because of my complaint, all in all I still say stay away from this company, I have every right to send them an e mail of complaint with the details of my complaint and they wish to comment on my e mail in an open forum. This shows the level of incompetence , again stay away from this company, they also failed to say in the e mail they sent me that stock is low and they probably do not have the unit I made a query about, I went to Bunnings where is was cheaper anyway, buyer beware!

"I received a call from 8859 9955 five times; every time I picked up the phone and said 'hello,' there was no one speaking on the other end. I even called reception and asked if this was your number, and they had no clue. Since there are many scam calls lately, I blocked the number."
We sincerely apologise for missing your email, as it was directed to the junk folder. We have apologised that the phone system was malfunctioning. Unfortunately, we are unable to reach you through the blocked number, which is why our manager's call did not connect.
Our team works diligently to respond to every call, email, and SMS promptly. However, due to the circumstances, we were unable to communicate effectively, and we noticed a negative review was left only one business day after our last communication. I must express my concern regarding the negative comments directed towards my staff in your email. We believe in maintaining a respectful dialogue, and we prefer to work with individuals who share this value.
