This is my first purchase with OZ Cosmetics. Products arrived in 5 days. It was beautifully wrapped. The shampoo and conditioner are exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. Will definitely shop again.

Item was shipped 4 days after receiving cleared payment. It's been two weeks now, but there is no trace of my order. Tracking number is not valid. Email confirmation is from OZ cosmetics (UK), but looks like they are shipping from China. Will never try again.

i just love the prompt service and the choice of brands. the prices are very competitive. i will be a customer of oz cosmetics for an unlimited time.

Need more interesting sites for members abit more service etc and better delivery time. Waiting for one month per item Im sure u will get more orders if better service in this area. There's always room for improvement and change in business :-))
But over all I like this site well done.

I was very surprised by the quick delivery of my purchase. They were well priced genuine goods which arrived in excellent condition.

have ordered too many times to be told that you are out of stock. a waste of time and annoying you need to fix this. otherwise great prices.

They have an awesome range of products in all different sizes. Great prices I've never seen them cheaper anywhere else and the postage is really fast. Never had a problem with them and I will continue to buy from them.

Absolutely perfect for retail therapy. especially if you don't feel like going out, but must spend the pay on something!

When a particular ordered cosmetic was found to be unavailable, Oz Cosmetics immediately reversed the order and refunded the buyer.
