Worst customer service ever
You are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!!!!!
My mother is 84 years old looking to by a small hair removal tool. She very seldom orders items online.
Your delivery company leaves a package outside of a senior living building never attempting to contact my mother through the intercom system.
She NEVER received this $11.54 hair removal tool.
Your reply was for me to contact the delivery company.
How about a little customer service?
A good company would have contacted the delivery company with their poor delivery service of leaving the package outside.
Then to add insult to injury you come up with this BS charge “Eco”.
So this 84 year old woman never received this item and you still took out over double the price of the tool.
SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COMPANY!
We will never order anything from your company again. I will share this poor experience with everyone I know.

Ozerty-USA.com Stole From My Debit Card!
I ordered a dental device from them and was given a total of $10.95 which I have on a screen shot. The next morning I found out they charged my debit card $27.90! I contacted them several times and they refused to refund my money. To avoid other fraudulent charges by them I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one, which cost $18!
