Solid first time experience
Firstly, website easy to use.
There were a lot of good reviews, so that was a positive.
The ordering process was pretty simple and straightforward.
I must have not specified a detail, and got an actual text message from a human (or some really decent AI Agent).
Then the Aus Post notifications came showing me where the laptop I was buying was located.
It came, and has worked perfectly out of the box. The point where the power cord plugs in is a tiny bit loose, but pretty good for a refurbed 5year old laptop.
I think the previous user was a heavy cologne wearer - but the smell is slowly fading.
Besides that, everything works perfectly so far. I wish Office apps were installed on the machine.
Anyway, I'm always really skeptical about reviews - are they paid, or AI? I can assure you I'm not AI, I'm a real person typing this lol.
