Scam website beware. Sold 2TB SSD which only holds 54GB but does not warn you that any extra data beyond that will be disposed of! Seller stopped all communication, painful process to get refund through bank. Consider yourself warned!

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! Have a 7 day return policy, it has been 7 days of me trying to get a reply from them! I sent the item back last week! Hopefully I get my refund!!

Please take your business elsewhere! Comes across as an Aussie company. Even cost more than other sites so you feel you receiving a legitimate product. It’s not… I received a different product clearly labeled from Asia. And completely different from the one advertised.. One email to see why I wasn’t happy. Now no response. PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a new phone case for my husband and got a completely different one - contacted the company they told us to send the case back and we had to pay for postage and blamed the mistake on myself even though they sent the wrong thing. After sending multiple emails with no response we are taking it to consumer affairs to stop anyone else getting scammed! Worst thing is they claim to be Australian but so clearly coming from Asia! Even priced more than other companies and I paid it because I wanted to buy from my country and get a legit product!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Purchased a phone case online 4th December 2025, however phone tec person could not fit it to my phone " to sharp/tight " causing the protector to lift around the margins. Returned the phone at my expense as it was not fit for purpose and requested a credit. Believe i am entitled to a full refund under Australian consumer law. After two letters and requests via their online chat format, they will NOT correspond at all. Very disappointed.

I am amazed at the negative reviews. I ordered a wallet/case for my new iphone 16 plus and was extremely pleased with the quality of the case - in fact it exceeded my expectations. The delivery was fast too. In fact I am about to purchase a new phone for my partner and will be purchasing the same case from this company again.

Received a product that was not what we thought it was, company was rude, blaming us for the error and refused a refund.

dont sell fraudulent products. The samsung 4tb ssd i clicked on was not a samsung when delivered. It is not a matter of "just not providing a samsung unit" but the fact that you knowingly sell these drives that just dont work. I regret that I had to give you one star in order to make this comment.

I ordered a wallet with removable case which claimed it could be used on a magnetic ph holder, the magnet in the case is so weak the phone just falls off!

Spent over $70 on a wallet for my phone, got sent the wrong product. The product they sent is cheap and nasty and nothing like what I ordered other than the Color. Sent a email through regarding the problem, got one reply saying nothing but a return policy link and address to send it back. Sent another email back asking if I would get a refund or the actual product sent and whether they even stock the product I was after and got no reply back. Emailed a few times more with no reply again. I have made an official complaint with fair trading and waiting to hear back. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY!

Have never received my order or refund and also no communication after I have emailed them. I ordered and paid for my new case 29th of April 2025. Don’t buy anything from this company I learnt the hard way.

Don’t buy anything from these lot, faulty products and when returned as requested still do nit provide refund.

I purchased a wifi dongle from Oz phone world. It was faulty. I returned it after I tried everything them asked me to. I had to pay postage and now I can't get a response after multiple emails. Stay away from this company!!

They have terrible customer service. Stay away.
Sent a cheap version of an expensive phone case and then didn't refund after I'd returned with email approval to have it refunded.

Terrible experience! The worse quality of a wallet case for my phone, I could get. After 2 days of used it, it was peeled from inside. I have contacted customer services multiple times and they don't care. Don't buy anything. The delivery took more than 2 weeks.

Scammers!!! Stay away from this company. They use legitimate companies advertisement details and then sell you their cheap knockoffs.
