I have ordered twice now with ozsale and the delivery address on both occasions have been wrong once order placed even though delivery address is correct to billing address. I have contacted on both occasions within 5 minutes of placing the order to change address or cancel and i will reorder.........only to be told my item has been dispatched yet in my app it states dispatch estimated 1 week later. Very poor service 😢
Again you have my order numbers and to make things worse I cannt even return as your site says no drop off available in Perth. You certainly make it very hard for the consumer. You have all my details via the contact us section of the app but all that happens is case closed even though issue still there. Take my money run no help with problems.

OZsale Scam – Waterproof Usb Laptop Backpack - Large Size
This backpack (I shared the link but site doesn't allow me to publish the link ) is listed on OZ SALE for $187, which I purchased it during their end-of-year sale. However, I later found the exact same backpack on the Temu website for less than $40.
As soon as I received the item from OZ SALE, I attempted to return it. After a month of constant follow-ups, I was finally informed that they would deduct around $28 as a restocking fee which I replied back and told them that I don't accept this offer . early in March, they provided me reply for the second option to send the bag to a warehouse in Italy which post office informed me the cost would be $67.
This feels like a scam. I had believed OZ SALE to be a reliable platform, but unfortunately, my experience has proven otherwise.

Wrong item sent and refund still not received
Ordered a perfume for almost $300 and they sent me a completely different one to what I ordered, when I contacted them they told me I had to pay for the return myself even though their policy states the return is free if the order is incorrect. I sent it back nearly three weeks ago and still haven’t been issued a return.

Don't bother with Oz sale if you want to wait FOREVER for your order! I ordered something and it's been over three weeks with no tracking number. I have written to them twice with only one reply days later. They said I was confused but they sent me a tracking order from my one I already had and an old one. How hard is it? How hard is it to also chase up an order too. I also had four things in my basket over $140 and they tried to charge me $30 shipping. No one does that!! What an unethical company and totally unprofessional. They have no clue what they are doing and it's only a matter of time now before they will go. You lot need to get your S##t together.

Don’t buy gift cards off OZSALE. They rip you off! Look at the fine print, you cannot use the gift card to include postage. Which means that you will always have to top up when it comes to using a gift card. Imagine buying a gift card for a person then the person still needs to pay on top for postage. Ridiculous! Ozsale advertises goods that they don't have.
Ozsale make a habit of advertising items for sale that they are unable to stock. Several times I have purchased items only to be told weeks later that the item is unavailable.

Nearly 3 months and still holding onto my money! Pathetic Experience - Pathetic customer service
Ordered a product end of November, which I tracked carefully but to no avail - Early January the product was showing “delivered” when it had not been. Reached out to OZSALE to clarify this was the case - they haven’t provided any update from the carrier, customer service has been a shambles and refusing to provide a refund. 3 months after purchase and still stalling on refunding my $200.

Account hacked
My account has been hacked and somehow they are able to change my email address without my confirmation. Ozsales just answer with a generic response. Also they save Paypal account details as an automatic payment without any consent. the hacker was able to access my Paypal details without any authority
