Like German trains - on time and "just works".
My box arrived and everything was nearly packed. I mean, it's printing stickers (for me), not rocket science - I'm surprised at how many companies mess up this supposedly simple task. Not Oz Sticker Printing. When I want it done, no fuss/no drama, I go here. You should too.

Do not get roll sticker printing done…
Do not get roll sticker printing done with this company!
Our roll of 1000 stickers we purchased for our OzWellness Emu Oil Skin Repair Cream, has large white streaks on most of the labels. When we asked about this, the company emailed back:
"For the streak, this happens because of the contraction of paper, when we print stickers the paper is heated. So the contraction could happen, it can move a bit at that moment hence the streak. Another thing that makes it obvious is the background colour. The colour difference between the background and the white base material hence the obvious streak."
So basically if you have a darker background for your stickers, it will come out with streaks.
Second reason is the colour variance. From the proof we received to the actual physical labels, there was a huge colour difference. Upon doing a Delta-E comparison (based off CMYK comparison between proof and final label photos) the difference between our proof and actual labels was 22.
Thirdly, we thought with the name Oz Sticker Printing, much like our own business name OzWellness, it would be from Australia. After reading more into the business after our bad experience, it seems they are just registered in NSW but get the printing done overseas in Asia.
We have thrown out the 1000 labels we ordered and just hope this review helps others.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and we want you to know that we appreciate your feedback.
Please note that we have carefully reviewed & investigated the order made in June of this year, and we thought we had met your expectations as we have not heard from you since then.
We were just startled that after many months of using the labels, concern about the colour has been raised.
Like the other companies, we do have a standard operating procedure regarding concerns, for investigation and to provide a timely resolution.
Prior to printing we always include reminders about the possible print result since printing companies are using CMYK colour, monitor (RGB) and actual print will differ.
This has been agreed and since we got approval, we trust that all the reminder has been understood and acceptable.
And there are certain processes of the sticker labels that are beyond our control like the reaction of the dark-coloured background design, the white-based material and the heat press.
We are saddened that after our investigation and providing a rational explanation based on our findings, we are still not able to come up with a favourable resolution for both parties.
We have provided a good offer to make up and a recommendation for future reference however, this is not within your liking.
Our company is not spotless, we appreciate that you've selected our company as your supplier, and we always welcome feedback for the betterment of our service and products.
Although our production is currently offshore, rest assured that we have been providing Australian standard and quality labels for the last 12 years for our community both small and big businesses at a competitive price.
Apology once again if your request for refund/replacement is not doable as you've agreed with the company policy which has been shared with you as we were confirming the order with you.

Great website, competitive pricing, good variety, easy to order, quick proofing and super fast delivery. And the product... perfect every time. As a designer, I've been using OSP for a while now, a really solid service, with a easy to use customer portal as well.
