Don’t buy off these guys. Straps are shit and customer service is shitter. The one I purchased I had on just a handful of times and all the stitching has come undone in multiple spots. Reached out to them twice now and heard nothing back. Just trying to make a quick buck off cheapo bands without caring if people catch on.

Purchased a watch band from them years ago, which was great quality. Decided to purchase another recently, however they must have changed suppliers as the quality was horrible and the clasp didn't clip in properly. I thought it was faulty so organised a return to purchase another (they don't offer direct exchanges) but the second one that came was the same quality. It's taking me months of following up to get the refund processed (still chasing it), and just to note you have to pay for return postage upfront. Wouldn't purchase from here again

I bought my husband a watch strap from ozstraps, he didn’t like it so I tried to return it. When I emailed they said this would be fine but I would have to pay the shipping which I was fine with and then I would get a refund. I waited a month and never got the refund so I emailed them and they completed ghosted me. I have emailed multiple times since and never a response. So I now missing the $50 I paid for the item, $10 for shipping and no item. They are totally scammers. Do not purchase from this place!!

Look im giving one star in hopes to get their attention as they don't seem to reply to emails... I sent a product back for being faulty and received a giftcard to use, after purchasing said item I received an email saying the product was out of stock, would I like an exchange or refund... I said refund.. and said refund STILL has not been given... I tried emailing them on Monday to say said refund still hasn't come through... and now being Thursday I still haven't heard anything... all I want is the refund for the product I never received following the product that was faulty.
The team is so responsive otherwise.... but silence for 4 days because no refund has been processed. I have the email saying the refund has been processed but no funds in my account???
Misleading info on first visit
I was referred to OzStraps by JB Hifi whom i do like and use quite a bit. But for sure I will update JB Hifi about all this.
Very disappointing the sales hype at the first hitting of the site. Asks for your email address with a promise of discount and no other conditions. When you buy something, and go to check out....the system says you haven't bought enough. !!

I found the straps i wanted on Temu.com and they were a LOT less than here at OzStraps. People, ignore the arguments that might come about from bashing Temu quality... just tell us OzStraps...where are you straps made?
I could buy MORE watch straps on Temu for the same money ($24) as buying one from OzStraps....many more.

Update...Ozstraps asked Trustpilot to ask me to remove a name and email I placed in the review. That's the right thing to do by Trust Pilot and so I agreed. But Ozstraps did not ask to tone down the review. Why? Perhaps I was right on the money about a few things. Just sayin...!

If you value transparency and satisfaction, then why did OzStraps request TrustPilot to sensor my first review ( I admitted to that above ), then claim the review was 'defamatory' when I did change and add the Temu bit? It wasn't defamatory at all, and when TrustPilot advised you of this (as they did me) you then sent the 'lovely' reply below. You didn't send the reply first up and try to resolve anything, even if I had been wrong and not you.
Whats missing here is something.... its called a lesson.... and it can provide great positives - even for me.
I'll let you know what the quality of the strap I ended up buying from OzStraps (urgent xmas thingy!) is like and how it compares to Temus'.

Poor customer service, poor quality product

The answer is no, but also it’s only been 2 weeks? And how does that explain the wearing within the clasp? I waited a to receive another reply but it looks like now they’ve stopped replying.
Silicone Garmin Venu SQ strap failed
Silicone Garmin Venu SQ strap failed with a broken clasp within 2 weeks of receiving. Have asked for a refund and have sent it back to this company. But have not received what I have requested twice now in terms of said refund. Nor any confirmation to say that the defected strap has been received back in the post after they required it to be sent back. Even though I sent on the 18/4 with picture attached in my email and according to Auspost should have taken between 5-8 business days from Adelaide to Vic.
Definitely wont be shopping here at all again and I am very disappointed in the result.

Strap like tyre rubber
The strap size in the listing is confusing, they ask if it's 22 or 20mm, the exact distance of the gap in the watch is 21 so I rounded down. Now they want 15 dollars just to get the strap back and that's before postage on a new one. The last strap I bought was half the price and they only asked the model of the watch, not measuring gaps. Unhappy
UPDATE : Went to watchmaker to get spring poles to suit, tried watch on, took watch off and threw OzStraps in bin, the strap was so uncomfortable it's like wearing a strap made out of car tyre. Bought a decent strap from the watchmaker which was effectively same price after considering postage of the other
Not a good grasp on the device.
I bought a metal strap for the Fitbit charge 5.
It doesn't hold the display correctly and is a bit flimsy, I have had it disconnect from the holder while swimming, I have had it disconnect while running, I will not be buying again.
Great quality
Have purchased both bands and the tempered screen protector for Samsung watch year ago and till date, I've never had a single quality issue with the product - still works perfect and my watch has remained in excellent condition. Have repurchased a screen protector for my new watch based on my experience in the past.

Great experience
Ordered a watch basic strap. Strap was exactly as pictured/described and easy to fit. Two weeks in it looks good and of good quality. Product posted same day via AustPost which means it took a over week to arrive.
Waste of money
One of the two straps I bought was broken. After the expense of then paying to return it so it can be replaced, the company then proceeded to not return emails and not refund or replace it. Waste of money.
2 ugly, cheap "Fitbit" straps
I purchased 2 Fitbit straps, they were very quickly dispatched.
Straps arrived, both were not the colors I had chosen on the website, it does not state anywhere on the site that colors may differ from those shown.
I got in touch with the company who suggested that I return at my own cost which I thought was rude.
I decided not too as I wanted to change my straps immediately and postage is taking forever at the moment, so I used one of the straps. 3 days later my watch face is smashed because the strap fell away completely and my watch landed on concrete. Still no reply from this company as they do not care.
